McDonald's Lower Templestowe

Strongly recommend drive through purchase. It is way faster than in store purchase. 20 minutes wait on average from my experiences.

Very clean McDonald's, nice staff and the Bacon and Egg McMuffins were fresh, light and fluffy and tasted delicious

The lady who works at the drive through window is extremely lovely and always brigs a smile to everyone's face, the food is always quick and fresh

Whoever owns this mcdonalds I have a message for you.

Keep up the good work

The Sauce and lettuce was fresh.

Lettuce was crunchy for once.

I actually felt good after eating it.

First time to experience that from any mcdonalds in YEARS. Definately coming back.

Ps. I never review food places, let alone a mcdonalds. Thats how good it was.

Horrible. I asked for 1 cheese burger with only cheese, meat and sauce but instead get a burger with dirt on the bread like it had been dropped and no sauce. Everybody, do yourselves a favour and DON’T come here

They always forget some food for the take away pack. This time they miss a hash browns! Last time I only got 10 nuggets but I paid 24!

Took takeaway and they missed whole 24 pack of nuggets from our order. The person who took the order was in a rush to get me off the speaker rather than waiting for me to finish the order.

If I wanted a stone cold burger, I would have specifically asked for it, terrible. Fries were soggy, had to return them, never again, YUK!

Take a number a please be seated.waited for Uber eats to be served first. There use to be a time where the wait was minimal, uncomplicated. Now the first thing that greets you is large screens and hiked pricing. Time to give it another loooong break!

The term wambam thank you mam always comes to mind when i unbox my burger at this Maccas. I am sure the young folk there didn't start off slapping ingredients together, and probably spent more time making sure my patty aligned to the bread, and sauce was squirted at the centre and not all over the side. Quality control is poor, i know it is fast food but take a little care, pride in ones work is for yourself, not to make your boss or customers happy.

Standard maccas, nice clean surrounds, good indoor play area, parking can sometimes be an issue but other than that no issues here.

Terrible service. Staff were arguing infront of customers.
Chips were cold and covered in oil. Asked for replacement, still chips are soaked in oil

The drive through staff always get confuse with 10 and 20 nuggets. Are pronunciations of ten and twenty so similar?

Nice interior. Ordering could be quicker by allowing different rewards to be included in the same order rather than requiring separate orders.

They have completely forgotten about our orders!
We have to wait for good 20 minutes for our orders.

Stopped for Sunday breakfast. Coffee and food was good and staff were friendly, jovial and courteous in spite of it being relatively busy.

Recently renovated and updated, clean and sparkling so far with the usual McDonald's menu and the Café section with usually great coffee.

Got a Big Mac and the bun was hard as as rock and has cut the inside of my mouth. It’d have to be pretty old for their buns to start off so soft and then be hard enough to cut me:/

Has recently been renovated and is really well laid out. Terrific service even though it is very busy.

Great service, great food and great decor. Love the uniform style and the ambiance. Wish I could give 6 stars out of 5 but I can't so I'll give it 4.
