McDonald's Lower Templestowe

Seriously my big chips？？？ and they always left items with the orders，at least 4 time always forget something….

THE WORST MCDONALD’S IN AUSTRALIA! If you have a spare 30-45 minutes to go through the drive-through or a spare 2 hours to wait for your Uber order only to have it cancelled…. Then by all means, go to this Maccas. These are not one-off the experiences either! These are regular occurrences over a year! Don’t bother trying to give some constructive feedback to either the store or corporate - you never receive a response!

Received a hot chocolate from this maccas and it literally looks like it’s 1/4 empty like someone’s full drunk from it. Like.anyway

The standards have dropped with this store for years. Complained about their sundaes for a couple of years now, nothing changes. This was a redemption from a voucher.
If this is a pass, I wouldn't pay for it.

Went to order take out food on 1/9/23 before 7pm and a female staff was very rude. Waited for our order for almost 30 mins. I didn't mind the wait, but the way she aswered when we followed up our order was an utmost disgust. She has the nerve to say - " you should have asked". This kid should be taught some good manners! In the car when we checked our order- fries not totally cooked, ordered strawberry shake but got chocolate instead and some drinks are missing. Would never go back to this store ever!

I almost don't remember a time that I got my order right at this store. Believe me, it's like a curse! Every time something happens, wrong coffee, wrong meal, wasting my points by messing up the order, 5 minutes waiting bay for a coffee a toast etc.

Disappointing! My drive-thru order for 2 meals didn't come with the drinks. In addition, my order for 24pcs Chicken McNuggets only had 20pcs in there! Customised order is practically non-existent at this outlet.

Wrong order through drive through- he wanted my Half sandwich back that I touched and eat. Against health and safety.

Service was the absolute worst, Counter orders taking more than 25 minutes to be received with managers and crew not working fast enough and just standing around chatting. Horrible

Disappointed! Takeaway order was short changed - ordered 24pcs McNuggets but found only 20pcs! Plus, my 2 meals weren't given the drinks (hard to take time to check all my orders, as the drive-thru line was really long). Customised order - practically non-existent either!

I keep going to write a review but have not got around to it. On Saturday morning at around 8am, I was missing a hash brown through the drive thru and called up to complain. The manager who I spoke to was really lovely and replaced my meal for me when I returned shortly after. I wasn’t happy that I had to turn back around to drive back to this store but really great customer service from this young lady

Worst experience ever! *ucking Disgusting! When I had a cheese burger unwrapped for my son, I couldn't believe this clear bite on the patty!? Never going back to this Macca ever!

Very good and quick service. Staff were friendly and working hard. The McDonald's looked very clean and well organised. They get out their orders very quickly and everything I have gotten from here has been correct.

I usually have a terrible experience with mcdonalds but Angelina provided the best customer service at 2am. Her impecable customer service left me no choice but to leave a review. Someone give this girl a pay rise. You guys are lucky to have her on your team.

Worst MacDonald's in the eastern suburbs by a long long way. Somehow, they manage to make you wait 15 minutes in the drive through when not busy, but still manage to hand you undercooked, cold food. It not fast food, as you can't get served within 10 minutes when the restaurant is empty, and it's not quality food as is always undercooked and/or cold. Not even speaking to head office about their poor service and receiving a call from the manager changed things in the slightest.

One of the worst McDonalds in the world. I've lost count how many times this Maccas has left out items ion our orders, esp when using Uber or driving thru. On top of that, very slow and inefficient compared to other Maccas.

Amazing location and reliable service. Mcdonalds infrastructure, esp their toilets are a life saviour

Love the staff at this store. They're always smiling (even through their masks) and they are always so thoughtful and sweet. This little touch just made my day.

How many times is acceptable to stuff up a coffee? 50% chance of it tasting like milk with a sour bean taste.

Worst drive thru design, busy parking area bc of the medical centre. Drive thru is always super busy and unfortunately they always manage to forget something of our order. Slow service, no smiles or customer service at this store.
