McDonald's Knoxfield

Literally the best maccas drive thru ive ever been through. The drive through has two ordering machines which under normal circumstances doesnt make the line really move any faster you just wait longer after ordering but theres also 2 pickup windows making the experience so much more efficient. And on top of that at the pay window they have a screen to look at to confirm your order which is just plain convenient to see they didnt somehow mess up the order (human error will always happen im not saying the lovely maccas workers are dumb or anything)

Really great service! There was an order mixup and the staff member (Amber was the person who served me) was very accommodating and made no fuss to remake/modify my order for me. The iced mocha was quite good. The outside dining area where we ate was neat and tidy, overall a pleasant experience.

They got the order right for drivethrough and reasonable speed. However my coworker ordered inside and we had to wait so long we could just about have grown our own potatoes and raised out own cows for the burger and chips. However the people were friendly and the order was accurate, plus it was in a very convenient place for us and was easy to pull on and off the main drag.

Never order on menu log with these guys and ask for anything to change as they never get it right, and they also miss items you've added. I've rang up even when I've left a comment and they still send order wrong. If the boss could read this it would be appreciated and take it on board

Got served by a lovely Gentleman when I was ordering food from the kiosk. Service was quick efficient and the amount of lettuce on my BigMac was point perfection. Will be happily ordering food from Knoxfield McDonald’s again.

Tea and coffee were luke warm, they needed to be at least hot. Table and bench seat next to our table were littered with food scraps.

Came in late the other night and was served by this young gentleman, approximately 27 years old named Samuel, he was nice, well relaxed and happy to help. To the owner/manager, give this Samuel a raise.

They Keep forgetting to fulfill the order on drive through and have to drive back have done this 3 different occasions

I have just had the most disgusting food in my life, not only didn't I get what I asked for but the food was under cooked and the fries where nearly raw. Never again.

I always seem to have lovely service at this maccas and always a pretty good coffee. Mostly all drive thru but the staff always seem to have a smile and sometimes a quick chat when stuck in que.

Worst service I've ever experienced at a McDonald's. I'm mean really really bad. If your a fan of standing at a counter with no staff, or you love getting the wrong order constantly then this is the McDonald's for you. Personally I would go further up the road to hungry Jack's. The burgers are apparently better there.

Ordered a spicy chicken and was chewy and raw, stuffed up my order twice before I even got my wrap that was very poor quality and unable to eat. I suggest management with food needs to be at its standards or you’ll be putting customers in hospital with salmonella poisoning. Reguards unhappy customer.

Bought a McFlurry which was half full. Being the drive through I had already left. For $4.70 on a 35 degree day this was bad form in anybody books. I will never go back.

You know what your getting when you go to Macca's.yummy food. The big Mac, yummy as ever, chips maybe a smidge more salt and nice coke.

For the 3rd time this McDonalds has royally screwed up my drive-through order. This time making me wait 20min, before handing me a bag containing chicken nuggets instead of a crispy chicken burger. Please explain to me in what world these are the same thing?

Think I'll start driving a bit further from now on to go to a different McDonalds. 3 strikes, you're out.

Took ages. Order was completely wrong. Wrong order number as well. Had to make the order from my receipt. Drive through customers leaving their cars and coming into the site to get their food. Out of 36 flavours on offer for the frozen fanta, only 2 were available.
On the plus side. The staff were professional, polite and willing to continually correct the issues.

I have seen the new manager at this store abusing her workers every time I see her. She has been rude towards me in the past when they messed up my order and then began yelling at the workers in turn. I think her name is Sonya?

Typical Maccas, the person who served me was friendly and well trained. The store was a bit grubby though.

Went through the driveway on Saturday morning to get my coffee. Passed a 'new blend' etc sign on the way through. Couldn't drink the coffee. Had to throw it out. Who ever chose this 'blend' doesn't drink coffee or masks it with so much milk and sugar they can't taste it. I have my coffee neat so I most certainly do! It was absolutely awful. Tasted like freeze dried moccona instant coffee. Go back to the previous coffee you were serving.

Always a great maccas to stop at. I work close, and stop on my way home twice a week. I've never had a bad meal.
