They are so stingy on sauce “we are only allowed to put one pump of sauce” when it costs 65cents make it make sense

These guys are the best Macca's in the area (food is generally consistent and great customer service).

They're McCafe is awesome (consistent, never get the order wrong and great customer service).

These guys are waaay better than Burwood Highway Ferntree Gully and Nunawading.

Quick visit for passing lunch on Christmas Day, as Boronia was not open. Spent $35 on a classic Angus, homestyle Angus and nuggets - nothing was done right. The nuggets were dried out, like I found them under my car seat. The homestyle Angus was missing half the ingredients, old lettuce and patty bone-dry. Classic Angus had overdose of plastic cheese and a couple of fridge burn slices of onion. And all for the price of a gourmet burger joint.thanks for coming.

Person on the speaker couldint get order right waited 15 mins to get food and came out cold, average and wrong

Never get the right order when buying family meals. Ask for extra shots in coffee's and don't receive them. Food/ coffee's are warm to cold.

Extremely poor customer service, wait for 15 minutes to place order for four of us but no one cares. Left the store without buying anything, never go to McDonald’s again

Today I have order 3 burgers and 2 apple pies, just under 10mins to arrive home and those food are all cold! Especially I ordered Big Mac meals for Mac glass and they just forgot gave to me! Becoz of they are convenient food and they service are cheap too! Very bad experience! No more McDonald's!

This place sells burgers and chips, also it has a Cafe that sells coffee and cakes. There is a drive through that is very fast. Wheelchair accessible, plenty of parking, playground, self checkouts.

Our local one! Have been to plenty throughout Melbourne but would rate this amongst the top. Cleanliness, good service and ideal location.

Visited here while passing through one night, wanting to pick up a quick dinner. The customer service was great, staff super friendly. I'd ordered via the app, when I reached the window they informed me one of the items ordered was currently unavailable. Ok, it happens. Was a small cheap item anyway, no big deal. But they were very apologetic and offered me to choose another item instead at no extra charge. My main item wasn't ready at the time (as it's one that gets made on order) so was asked to pull into the waiting bay. Few minutes later the friendly staff brought my order out and apologized again for the delay. The food admittedly wasn't the greatest, was a bit disappointed if I'm being honest. But could've been an off night or something. Otherwise a good experience. It's not often you come across a McDonald's who has staff with good customer service skills, so that made for a nice change.

The drive thru area is well thought out, even has a separate window for the McCafe area which would be helpful in those busy times. There's extra space to pull up to wait if needed. I've been inside on another occasion and it was clean and well maintained. Kids play area was clean and enjoyable for the kids.

Blue shirt workers are so rude and the way I heard them talking to young staff members, left me with a way worse taste then the under cooked chips did.

Used drive through for a coffee order to teach my 85 year old father how to use drive through. Easy to navigate through the carpark to drive thru. Speakers and mic were fine. Menu board was switched off so I wasn't tempted to buy more. Service fast and staff spoke clearly. Dad loved it but doesn't like the way society is heading for such reduced human contact in the community settings. Just saying. Lol

We travel past two other Maccas to get our coffee here. It's rarely burnt or too finely ground. Nice cup.
Service is usually very good too.

Disappointed I had to wait so long for my drive through order, got my Mc flurry and asked to wait at the next window for the rest. 4 cars got their meals and went past me. I biped and finally got my meal, my Mc flurry was melted. She did ask if I wanted a new one but that would have been another wait. ️

Drive thru at this McDonald’s is beyond pathetic. Service is always in a mess. Fries are not filled close to the top, not seasoned properly and burger was not even stacked properly with burger and patty literally separated from each other. Mocha frappe was also dripping everywhere. However, the girl taking the drive thru orders was friendly and efficient tonight.

Pls check your coffee shake recipe. Why taste like vanilla shake instead of coffee shake? Second time encountered this. And why didn't provide servette for take away food. Disappointed!

The service here is so slow, Never been parked, which is why drive thru is never flowing. I have been here several times and now I avoid or drive further to go to a McDonald’s that clearly know how to manage their staff for a fast efficient service.

I will never blame the crew for bad service. It’s the duty managers responsibility fo ensure great service every time. So something clearly is wrong with the management team at Knox field McDonalds

This place is pretty good for a McDonald's due to it's above average toiletries, and the nice staff.

Very clean restaurant and the staff were very pleasant. What more could I ask from a Macca's. Of course, the food was good

Having to go through drive through twice to get everything ordered, then going home to find out its not all correct was not ideal, and then having to drive back to get the correct item, then to get home to the rest of the order being cold.disappointed. Not the first issue with this McDonalds, order prior had less nuggets than ordered. Staff are lovely though.
