McDonald's Kingsbury

One of the better Maccas around the suburbs food wise. Hotcakes seemed "fresher" if you can describe it that way.

It's my first visit to this place. It's great. You have different ways of placing orders. Service is pretty good n quick.

Came in at 12am on Wednesday and had the best customer service from a man wearing a blue maccas shirt at the first drive thru window. His positive attitude especially at that time of the night made me and my partners day. I hope he gets recognition for his excellent customer service

Gr8 fresh burgers each time i go and hot meat patties, not like the maccas near me in Dalton rd. Worth the extra travel. The others just dont get it! And cant acheive the hot patties.

Terrible food. On a number of occasions, I am served with stale french fries. Service is awfully slow.

I don't usealy go to this McDonald s but we stopped in the way home and it was pretty good service was good place was clean a little cold for me but we were sitting under the air conditioning but yeah the food was good as well

I go hair fairly frequently as it's so close to my house and commute the coffee is extremely hit or miss, much like everything there.

Excellent. As usual Louisa had the tables and the restaraunt in general, spotless. Also it is always nice to see Louisas welcoming and happy smile.

Unfortunately staff chatting amongst each other and not serving the money, cheese in the burger hard as rock and so too the burger thrown together. Notified staff about this they were not helpful. Also do not know how you say this but there was a massive floating pooh in the toliets and looked like splatter over the walls, I was almost sick and have asthma, it looked like a road accident. Again staff need to clean up accidents fast because it was brown all over the wall and this is not fair to your paying customers! Also I was reading the maccas food is one of the causes of heart attack and stroke.

One of the staff made me rate it one star as when I came in the order was ready to pick up but when I asked her for the order she said wait, after aprox 15 minutes later another kind staff asked me whats my order and all that time it was ready setting in front of me on the counter, she just hand it to me, but yes It was busy still it is not acceptable, and the same staff gave the 5 sundae chocolate ice creams to other customers where the order should go to a other group which were waiting, she acted like nothing happened and told the group to wait, it upsets me when negligence and careless is the issue and not honest mistakes and trying hard

Ordered big mac meal. Chips and burger was hard as rock. Babrely can eat. Went almost home but have to come back to return it. First time have to return the food to macas.

The staff here were really rude. I had to go back and ask for my sauce, and then when I was on my way home I noticed they actually left the meat out of my cheeseburger.

Great fresh food when you ask. Highly recommended in the area. Its the best in the area compared to thomastown and fawkner stores. So if you want great maccas? Use the kingsbury store. Next equal to this is, bell st preston or campbellfield. Make sure you always ask for all fresh.

This McDonald's consistently gets my drive thru order wrong. It's always something, like no onions instead of extra onions or a single cheeseburger instead of a double. Why is it always less than what I order and never accidentally extra? I know I should check before driving off but honestly there's a reason I'm going to McDonald's and not getting something healthy, I'm in a hurry or I'm tired as.

A busy outlet near La Trobe university. The place remains busy all the day, good responsive staff welcomes you and help you get the items. The outlet also offers take away for cars bikes. With limited parking space in its front people can park with an ease.

It's a heavenly place for a burger lover.

They forgot my order. Gave me coke instead of coke zero. Poorly staffed. Everyone running like headless chook

Cannot be alive for 2 year living in Australia w/o this place. Services and promotion programs are great

Bought two caramel frappes this morning. After a 10 minute wait to even receive the drink I had a sip. It tasted and smelt of spoilt milk. When I questioned the young staff member he just simply rolled his eyes and didn’t even apologise nor care. Did receive a refund however this isn’t good enough. I was then called later by a manger who tried to pass it off as “another flavour”. Unless spoilt milk is a limited edition flavour, I don’t think that was the case. Utterly disgusted. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Got the order wrong, asked us to wait in a bay, came out with the order minus the drink came back with wrong drink. Didnt have time to argue and left.get it together

Absolutely useless, never able to fulfil your order in reasonable time, or if you want something cold on a hot day it never works!
