Good quick service, friendly and helpful staff overall a place I will call into again if I am heading out that way.

Ordered through Menulog. Driver made me come out to the street and walk 3 houses up in the rain to get my food, and when I got it inside I found McDonald's had screwed up my order. Called them to see if they could rectify their error and was informed that they couldn't because it was ordered through a 3rd party. Really? !

A good first experience. The food was hot when I got it through drive through, fresh and staff were friendly. A rare site at the Golden Arches.

The orders are always wrong. Have not had any good experiences when I have stopped off here for meal.

Only one person working the till at 6,30pm stood in line for 20min and walked out with 5 people still waiting in front of me, very poor service

Super helpful and friendly staff who were all patient with me and issues with my order were promptly resolved:) Food didn’t take long and treated great as always!

Unprofessional staff they make order in ages or while having chat with their coworkers manager doesn’t care about it don’t ever come here

Extremely poor customer service, run by teenagers and poor management. Went through the drive through yesterday and was ask to park in the nearby parking bay. Received my order and realising that the drinks were missing, waiting another 5 min, thinking that the staff wasn’t able to carry all. I then ask the staff member who was bringing food to another customer to the car next to me. Waited again.nothing. Had to walk in only to see an 18 year old supervisor allocating breaks for the other staff, ignoring me for several minutes again until I interrupted politely and my drinks were just sitting there. Seriously? I already mentioned it to one staff, why wouldn’t she just check and bring it out? I even told her what was missing.
Coming home, my daughter realised the sauce was missing. My SIL ordered with them yesterday and the sauce was missing too.
It’s very disappointing.

The dirtiest McDonalds I have ever been to. Every table was filthy, seats had food on them, and rubbish on tables that no one bothered to clean up. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star, disgusting

Have ordered from Ubereats a few times and we always receive the wrong items. Received coke mixed with orange juice, instead of a vanilla coke, are they doing it on purpose or what?

They somehow always manage to mess up my order. I've requested so many refunds through Uber Eats that they must think I'm scamming them. They somehow got a two item order wrong. At this point, it's impressive.

I've ordered many dirty chai lattes here (chai latte with a shot of coffee) and they always forget to add the ordered shot of coffee. I have returned to get my drink remade many, many times. This has been an ongoing occurance over several years of frequenting this McDonalds.

However, what prompted my negative review today as opposed to every other experience - after getting it remade, she STILL didn't add the shot of coffee and protested against incorrectly making the order.

I guess I never learnt and hope this time will be better. But now I'll find another place to order from. If even a remade order isn't correct, I can no longer hope the first order to be made correctly either.

Rubbish bins in store were over there flowing with rubbish, food and packaging over most tables, a very dirty looking place to eat that was not too busy to look and clean up your store.

We were waiting for drive through Oder more than 20 minutes. Until we asked them.they got messed up. Hope next time better service.

Service priority given to Uber order, unable to hear clearly person behind plastic screen, young teenagers making lots of rowdy noise and not told to behave, coffee was rushed and only warm, not a relaxing place with a lot of rush

This is my local Macca's, I go there every Sunday morning for breakfast and very rarely in the 17 years have I had a problem. The many staff that have been there over the years have been found to be very pleasant and friendly.

I get coffee from here regularly, so I have gotten to know most staff and am on first name basis. I always get a cheery hello from the young ones and also from the managers. Once in a while there has been a mistake made on an order, but managers are always very apologetic and will fix it without a problem.

Service was slow and unfriendly Mcchicken was dry and lettce was brown and bread roll was dry. Cheese burger was very oily and frozen drink machine was broken

We regularly go to Kingsbury McDonald because the staff are very welcoming and helpful for mum's with kids

Honestly can't remember the last time I went through the drive through and got everything I ordered without having them stuff up something.so now I just avoid Kingsbury maccas all together.
