McDonald's Greensborough Plaza F/C VIC

It's McDonald's. The one here at Greensborough Plaza is not setup for eating in, and the staff favour the drive through. But hey. McDonald's.

No cones served it up in sundae lids what a joke did not explain no cones just produced them take it or leave it always slow service insjde

Not very good service really, 3 attendants mad me wait till their supervisor told one of them to serve me, not great.

Mc Donald at the Westfield Millpark, everytime wanted to buy a thick shake or Sunday always said they dont have it as the ice mechine doesn't work/broken down? 3x visited still haven't fixing it! Very disappointed!

Clean and open plan Macca's, just a bizarre method of having to get "buzzed in" into the wash rooms. And to make it worse there is no sign alerting you to the the requirement that you need to see the staff and ask permission to use the Toilets, how very 60's

The McDonalds on the outside of Greensborough Plaza would have to be the worst excuse for customer service! They are absolutely rude!

I was in the public toilets in the food court of the plaza when a McDonalds employee in uniform came in, did his business, then walked out without washing their hands and went back to the store in the food court. Having witnessed that, I would never eat at this outlet. NEVER EVER!

Menu items are frequently unavailable and they get the orders wrong all the time. Food is average once you finally get it. Diamond Creek or Eltham are better options.

Apart from the classic ice cream machine issues that every McDonald's seem to have very regularly. This McDonald's is great, staff are good at their jobs and get everything out as quickly as possible. Haven't had any issues with my orders.

Ally was the best employee there! Her customer service was impeccable and she was very friendly and inviting. Would macdonalds again because of Ally.:)

Washes the sink with gloves on and then makes fresh coffee with the same gloves
go elsewhere

Really friendly staff. I dropped my chips like 2 steps away from the shop coz they gave me a bag that was too small to support all the food I got and they happily refilled my chips and checked my burgers were still okay.

21/08, My whole perception of Greensborough Maccas has changed. Used to have a terrible experience most of the time.
I was served by JOSH - he made sure my meal was fresh, got more the sweet and sour sauce when the manager forgot and also was extremely friendly.
I hope this McDonalds learns to train more people like this quality employee.

Clean, friendly helpful Staff, good location & parking. Right next door to Greensboro shopping centre.

Paid twice for single order, and on acknowledgement manager says we can't do anything. Even after that didn't got my food right.they kept all my food on counter one by one, how can I possibly take 5 things without bag. Flabbergasted on seeing managers behaviour. Really bad customer service

Frozen Coke + Soft Serve machines don't work often and there are eshays that smoke in the food court. Scary.
