McDonald's Greensborough Plaza F/C VIC

Went through drive through today and I was the only one there, fast and effective.
That’s great.
Had to wait a little bit for the apple pie which is fine, no issues what so ever there.

Once I got home 5 mins down the road, I opened my burger and the top was a little crooked then I noticed the poor quality lettuce that was browning I got and the sad amount of sauce.

Food is same as every macdonald but all tables are full of mess.staff doing good job only some bad costumers dont even bother to chuck there left over in bin.
Managment should look for trublemaker teens who using abusive langaguge and writing f words on tables with markers

Very loud inside because of the friers beeping constantly which is a shame and true for every McDonald’s but otherwise generally pretty average as far as McDonald’s goes. The parking lot outside has disabled parking next to the door but the pathways are often full of trolleys/shopping carts so sometimes it’s inaccessible to me an my wheelchair. The parking lot also has a tiny cut curb leading from the main parking lot that is at and angle, making it too small for some trolleys/chairs to go down, meaning you’d have to drive/walk in the busy road full of cars and traffic. The cut curb is also situated in a way where the car parked next to it can be obstructive of your view of the traffic/parking lot and i can imagine how dangerous that could be for vision impaired/blind or otherwise disabled people like myself. The bathrooms are also locked which I understand for public use and vandalism but sucks. The disabled toilet is also locked and I’m not sure if it’s MLAK compliant either, since some worker had to open it with a screwdriver last time I used it, which can put people in a situation where their disability might be questioned or they may be unable to access the toilet for a while when waiting for a manager or key holder to open which they may need urgently because of their disability. Service is generally pretty okay and I don’t expect perfection from people working high stress minimum wage jobs but in my years going here they’ve generally been pretty friendly and helpful. I’m disappointed the one inside the mall is closed down now as it was much easier to access as a wheelchair user

Most of the food is cold. The place is not comfortable. Toilets are locked you have to ask Mac's staff to open it.

The store was really dirty. Couldn’t find a clean table to sit at.
Burger was disgustingly greasy.

Awful experience at McDonald's Greensborough. We went in, ordered some fries & chicken McNuggets. When the food came, the fries were almost cold and tasted sharp, of old oil. I had one or two, then I told the server that the fries were lukewarm and seemed old. Instead of offering a replacement, she insisted that they were 'just cooked' and gave me a dirty look. We were tired after a long day and just left. It was a horrible meal - worst McDonald's meal I have had. Terrible lack of care.

Clean toilets however staff have terrible attitude and food preparation area untidy. Not blaming them as they are all young this clearly stems from management

Seriously they keep missing up with my order. They get everything done. But one thing they always miss one item to put with my other food. I have ordered from Menulog double big Mac hash brown sweet & sour sauce large orange juice. Also an Hot Apple Pie. But they didn't put it in the bag. I'm so disappointed

Please tell your staff to not wear fake eyelashes, and continually need to touch them, then her mouth and face, at least 20 times then handle food. Not good

Cherry tomatoes In my son's happy meal were with MOULD and rotten.

After one year i came back. Asked for a happy meal cheeseburger in the drive through no pickles no onions. This is what i got. Absolutely disgusting. Close this place please

I went to pick ubereats order and I asked order to staff but staff was unprofessional and he was rude. Staff have to be nice kind and professional to everyone but they are literally unprofessional and rude thumbs down.

I walked in and tried using the terminal it had an error, I went up to the counter for assistance, and had to wait and watch employees just stand there and ignore me, a few even looked at me and then turned to a co-workers to keep talking, I finally raised my voice and asked for service, the closest employee served me and took my order, it came very quick maybe too quick.

The toasted sandwich didn't even look toasted and the half attempt to cut the sandwich was useless it was basically hot white bread with hard crust, it was hot however so at least they warmed it up most likely in the microwave.

Hash browns were hot and coffee was hot.
Still not happy though very poor service.

If this business wants to rate itself as a restaurant it needs to lift it's game big time.

Just one mention for the cleaner on the day, he was engaging with the clients which was a good thing, cheers to you Chief.

Normally I won't do bad reviews, but this is about the size of the burgers compared to the cost. The double big Mac burger is served on what can only be described as a muffin sized roll with 4 flimsy beef patties each about 3mm thick. Ours was served stale. In comparison, my double fillet of fish was the same size. The price is no longer cheap, but the standard of food at McDonalds has reached an all time low. Staff on this particular day (10/07/22) were particularly unfriendly. If McDonalds continues down this path, people will go elsewhere for better value as they are now at the same price as your average restaurant and the quality isn't as good.

Check that they give you what you pay for before driving away from the drive thru. On 3 occasions in the past few months we haven't been given what we paid for but didn't realise until we got home. Is this a concerted cost savings ploy or just an incompetent lack of quality control by the rushed drive thru staff? Either way, it's not good enough.

Was also going to give this McDonald’s a one star because when I went in I had to get permission to use the toilets which annoyed the Jeeves out of me.
However the toilets were spotless clean. The food great. The restaurant clean and the staff friendly. Well done

This is the worest macdonald I have ever been. The toliet is locked and long waiting for food. Never come back this shop again

Service help could be more customer friendly. We felt like we were interrupting school yard time, but the orders were correct and fresh. Still doesn't out score the Yallambie restaurant for our family

Really gone down hill the last few months. Staff aren’t polite or professional, I understand it’s Maccas but basic customer service is a must. Now very slow too

3 times in a row I have gone through the drive through and 3 times they stuffed the order up. First time they forgot the drinks, second I had to wait so long that the fries were dead cold and now tonight they forgot the fries in the order. Absolutely pathetic

How hard is it to read a bloody screen! This is the second time I've paid for something that I haven't received in the drive thru. If you can't see, then get some freakin' glasses! Absolutely incompetent!
