McDonald's Freshwater Place

I order 6 hamburgers, one has pickle missing, one has onion missing, one has ketchup missing,
No respect for customer service anymore.

Customer service was appalling and sub standard from the manager and service staff. The fries were NOT fresh and not to McDonald's standard. Very disappointing! This store used to be good. Will not go there again.

Standard Maccas fare but woefully unclean loos. Not the only Melbourne Maccas in this state. But wrenching smell in male loos. Disgusting

I messed up the order and the server and the boss put it right, quickly and with good humour. What can I say! Thanks! A spacious, sunny Maccas facing onto the Southgate promenade & river, an outlook always interesting, today the Kidney Bus parked under Kerry Packer's Crown Complex. I understand Kerry died from kidney failure. I hope that Crown was actively supporting the Bus.

Manager and supervisor on duty were amazing, truly amazing. Ive come across service before but these two individuals are the best. Thank you guys. You don't get treated that well in 5 star. X legends. Keep the love flowing. Even under pressure you deliver.

Good customer service and really nice atmosphere with the levitating pot plants and displays.wait times are reasonable and there a bins in close proximity. The problem is the limited amount of toilets which can be justified by the small area that the store occupies but isn't enough given its location and popularity in the area.

Disgusting toilets, tasteless soggy burger in a soggy broken box and a salad box that should have been put in the bin a few days ago.

Best service out of all other Maccas in the area. Often short staffed but the lady that runs the front is so efficient. Never had a mistake from here

Staff are always fast to get your order and the food is prepared at a good standard. A good choice for a McDonald's.

Walked in and saw the girl serving at the counter picking her nose, then swap fingers and continue picking her nose. We left without ordering. This was about 1100am on Sunday Dec 16. Disgusting.

Having a nice breakfast until a beggar walked through harrassing people for cash and the employees didn't want to intervene.

I came here to buy a Soft Serve.

The decor is your typical renovated McDonald's.

The service was okay, a little slower than usual but not so slow that it was annoying.

The soft serve was the normal size, and the presentation was fine.

Overall, I would come back if I was in the area and wanted some Maccas.

Ordered a wrap from the southbank store. Worst meal. I understand its fast food. But when you make a wrap. You should put the filling and sauce inside it.

Wish there was a 0 star. Ordered two ice creams cones took 15 mins, Manager was extremely rude also. Never coming back here again.

Really nice McDonald's. Fast service (even with weird orders), and quick adjustment of incorrect orders too.

Not all staff are friendly. They definitely need some customer service training and better attitude toward customers.

Yeah if you're walking to or from the Crown via the promenade you might walk past it. It's how I ended up there. Food was good and service wasn't too bad.

Filthy bathrooms and when I told them they laughed and the look on there faces showed “go tell someone who cares”

Shocking customer service & food. Chips were soggy and only half the packet was full. Worst maccas I've been to.

I don’t know who own this place but service, product are be lower than other Mcdonals. I’ve order one cheese burger, a coke and fries took half an hour.
