McDonald's Freshwater Place

This McDonald’s as soon as I walked in had a very unique smell and right off the bat was very busy. I get the location being on Southbank Promenade and extremely close to Crown Casino makes a bit busier than a usual other Macca’s, but it shouldn’t be taking 15 minutes to get some large chips and to make a soft serve. Avoid this Macca’s if possible and go to a different one, because I was not impressed.

Fries were cooked twice and overcooked, Double Quarter pounder served cold, undercooked and dripping in fat. Toilets were absolutely Filthy. The Fat manager only cares about making money and didn't even take my complaint seriously. I will never return here, LIFT YOUR GAME, YOU DONT CARE ABOUT FOOD PRESENTATION OR CLEANLINESS

One of my favorite McD outlets to dine-in. It's relatively clean, food is fresh 70% of the time, ice cream machines are functioning

Food quality is the same But much shorter queues. But how come the toast was being made when i asked about it and it was put in the toaster after the coffee was done, when both was in the same order.the rating is for the food and convince, not the service.

Nearly a 20 min wait for a my medium meal with practically no customers. The food had no effort (for a maccas) and was unedible, the patty was rock solid from being regrilled probably and bacon burnt like hell. Chips were even worse, stale and hard since I saw they were sitting under the heat lamp for probably longer than they should have. Mate of mine was also given the wrong size chips. Should have listened to my friend and gone to Subway. Train station maccas delivery is somehow faster and fresher than this.

Staff were pretty rude and other patrons were very rude. I'm not sure if I went at the wrong time but I would not go back any time soon. The food was also pretty lousy if I had to say so.

Might try it again one day and see if it's any better.

Really need to look for the fries, as i dont pay for large to get small size everytime i order with u guys.

Tatsächlich bin ich von McDonalds in Australien extrem überrascht. Die Burger und alles andere schmeckt im Verhältnis zu unseren deutschen McDonalds um ein so ein viel Faches besser das ich es fast nicht glauben kann. In Deutschland bin ich eher der zu Burger King bzw hier hungry Jack gehe aber hier in melbourne möchte ich nur noch zu McDonalds.

Sauberkeit fur ein Wochenend Tag und vielen Besuchern ganz okay.

These guys don’t know the definition of ‘fast-food’. You can cook a risotto faster than the time it takes them to turn around a single happy meal. Food arrived cold with no apology. A disgraceful representation of McDonalds

It’s a busy restaurant so I guess the staff won’t have time to come out to clean the rubbish. Maybe they need more staff. Don’t expect you would get good service there.

Came to this branch of Maccas during our Oct 2022 vacation and was left amazed once again efficient staff working during our visit our food came hot fresh and tasty too nutritious Aussie beef and McDonald’s will never let you down especially after a night at the casino ️

I ordered long black and one young indian girl supposed to know coffee and she just gave me with cold long black it wasn't even iced long black no ice cube in it. So i don't know how she can possibly misunderstand the order. I tried to talk to her.she already had an attittude that she had enough. Sorry that her day was tough. And i tried to talk to her said "is it supposed to be cold? " Asked 3 times cause she didn't understand what i was asking. Suddenly she said "enough" even if it's mc donald. I expact better service than this. Horrible customer service ever. If she doesn't want to work she better stay home instead.

The place was absolutely filthy there was what looked like sauce don't know if it was all over the tables and rubbish. The bins were all full and it was gross, the service wasn't too bad my meal cane out on a reasonable time

Why would you purposely destroy the lives of people, why would you take off the all day breakfast menu.

Dirty restaurant, broken toilets were you can't even enter them. Sorry but went elsewhere.

No soft drinks available when I visited only option was the mini juice bottles from the Happy Meals pretty terrible that a McDonald's has no soft drinks available never seen this before apart from the thickshake and soft serve machine that is not going.

Seriously the worst wait times and unprofessional staff.
Always having issues with wrong orders. Things you pay for missing. It's like their staff are all high or on another planet

When you only order nuggets, and then 8 mins later you see them nonchalantly throw some nuggets into the fryer, you know that you’re gonna have a slow and hungry time.

The staff were awful.bad customer service and overfried nuggets.i understand what its like to work in fast food when its busy and as a teenager but these people were really just something else.
