McDonald's Ferntree Gully

Possibly the worst maccas I've ever encountered.
First got order wrong burger patties burnt and dry looked like the burgers were pre made days ago and just re heated.
Every thing was out of stock no thick shakes no coffe syrup.
I live out in the country don't get Mecca's verry often but seems every time I go it's getting worse and worse.

Came into the Maccas here on Burwood highwayman Ferntree gully on the 28th of March for breakfast. The manager was so disorganised. I waited at the counter for 7 minutes while she just kept walking by me. Her customer service skills need some serious improvement, she shouldn’t be in leadership at all. I would name her but she didn’t have her name tag on.

Had a maccas smoothie the other day and it tasted weird, jelly crystals mixed with ice? No dairy component at all. Carousel ice creamery puts them to shame.

This is my local McDonalds, when I place the order through drive through or via phone app, 100% the order would be wrong, either missing hash brown or missing eggs. Not sure if they have any management on the products quality.

I go there quite regularly as I meet a friend and enjoy my coffee and a chat, it is a good MCDONALD.

Waited for 30 minutes when ordered in store as drive through was closed. Waited 10 minutes to order as there was no-one taking orders.

Poor customer service and they don't really care at all. A 15min wait when I'm the only customer inside the store waiting for an order at 10: 45am. Not even a 'sorry for keeping you waiting'. They forgot my coffee also. I had to go back and enquire about it. The barrista was nice but that's about it.

I’ve had quick service and quality food for a long time from this McDonalds. Also has a big playground & lots of car-parking.

Good location, Well laid out parking and a generous sized kids play area.overall nice customer service, this is one of my preferred mcdonalds to go to

First visit here and the place is filthy. Wet slippery floor when you walk in. Dirt on floor and around bins and tables. Rubbish outside. Disinterested staff. I like McDonald’s coffee but here it’s tasteless. I suppose this must be bad management.

This store and the other one in Ftg.are the worst owned and run ive ever seen and ive been all over australia. Absolutely shocking service and food quality is disgusting

Nobody served us while we waited at the counter, we ended up ordering on the self serve machine. There was no paper in it so we got no receipt. They took ages to make our meals when there were 2 other people in the whole place, and when they called our meal out they were rude and short.
The tables and floor are a mess and the kitchen staff were "cleaning" by throwing a damp cloth around. Just gross.

McDoubles were advertised on the drive thru menu. When I asked why I couldn't order one, despite being clearly listed on the sign the supposed manager immediately threatened to call the police for "tresspassing" staff appeared to be miserable, probably due to the poor management.

Complained to McDonald's head office but had no resolution.

Won't return here.

Fast food simply isn't much good. The burgers at McD's have been shrunk while prices have grown. Treat McD's as a very occasional meal.

Horrible service. Workers just stand there daudiling around while i am waiting to be served. I have waited up to 5 minutes.

Once again it's Maccas. Roll the dice. Could be good, bad or downright amazing when hungover late at night. This occasion had the best hot fresh fries.

Very poor customer service and the ladies there are very unpolite as they don’t know how to deal with mobile orders always the orders aren’t correct honestly they should keep customers now i have to look for another branch it isn’t that close

Fantastic restaurant, must try.
Food was fresh and delivered the was it was shown in the advertising.

The first the I've been able to eat chips without sauce. So fresh. Fast. And the toilets were clean and had soap!

Can you not let make cleaners go in the female toilets especially when women are j there? I just felt trapped and to have him mop under my door was a complete invasion of my privacy and made me feel violated.
