A run down mess. Maybe the worst Macca's I have been to.

I purchased a chai latte through my maccas app this morning and was shocked at my first sip to find a large piece of a gel like substance in my first mouthful. I almost burnt myself from the initial shock. This is absolutely unacceptable and unfit for human consumption.

Food is good what you would exspect from a McDonald's. Speed of service gretly differs on how busy they are, you could get your food in 5 mins or it could be 15.

Not understaffed but due to poor teamwork, the service was extremely slow. Waited half an hour for a fast food order. Unacceptable.

Great service & food was hot my only problem was why don't you get onions on cheeseburgers anymore

Despite indoor and out door dining being open to the fully vaccinated in Victoria for weeks, all indoor AND OUTDOOR seating was closed, even to the fully vaccinated. Couldn't eat in the car so we had to go sit on some tree stumps and cut up and butter our hotcakes on our laps in the cold. Hotcakes were ironically cold and butter was almost impossible to spread, especially with a wooden knife. My Chai tea was good but to begin with it wasn't very warm and it went cold very quickly outside.

Beautiful Strelitzia (Bird of paradise) plants that are incredibly well maintained around the drive through area. A little disturbing if you have recently read 'The day of the Triffids'.
Worth the visit just for the plants but I'd avoid the food at this place because it's not particularly satisfying.

Told me she will fix the problem they have with my meal over the phone but when actually went there she try blame me for their mistake and didn’t wanted to replace the meal …

Fries always stale and large fries are only ever half full. Don't know how to run a drive thru. Worst maccas in the area. Wait times always long too.

We always drive through here for easy snacks. The past 2 times, our order was not complete. It's missing a few items.

My recommendation is to check your stuff first before driving away.

Using the McDonald's app and got 2 burgers, fries and a drink for $6. Best thing is the burgers and chips were hot and fresh. As we are lockdown with COVID19, was not allowed in store, so guess it may have been finally cleaned.

Worst staff, always take longer time to make foos for uber deliveries everytime. Even they have large team in evening but some of the menbers just act or pretend that they are working

Rude staff and very slow, they were busy to chat with each other. Will not recommended this place.

Your usual McDonald's with their famous burgers and shakes. Can't help noticing the average prices are now no longer cheap.

Second time in a week that the food was cold. First time a cold fried chicken when I ordered grilled and it looked as though it had been sitting for hours.

Today we could see our order sitting out getting cold. Mine was cold and so was cheeseburger. They are re-doing them but not enough staff are being worked too hard.

Worst MacDonald's I ever visited. Had to wait in the waiting bay for fries, for over 10 minutes while they kept serving people in the drive thru and through the front counter, With fries. Had to go in and it was waiting in the pick up bay. They were too lazy to bring it out to the waiting bay. Will never go back to this restaurant again.

Ordered breakfast, got an old hash brown and a sausage muffin that tasted like it has been sitting there for at least a few hours seeing as it was a busy morning i wouldve thought it'd be fresher ‍️

Been here plenty. Frequently missing items, yesterday it was chips, today was butter and cold 'toasted' croissants' with unmelted cheese slices after the manager asked me to park my car, despite being the only person and served 20 seconds later. Meaning that the manager vindictively skipped toasting.

I have watched a dozen cars leave before receiving my order many times. Then been asked what my order is.
I have seen that manager be extremely nasty to the other staff. And every few weeks all the faces seem to change, high turnover much?

The manager has shaved sides, black hair, white guy like me. 20s looking.
If you take out your day on my food again, you will regret it.

Possible the worst McDonalds restaurant for quality and service. Missing items in our order on a number of visits. Seem to spend more time in the waiting bay. Find out there is a 3 min wait for an apple pie after they have prepared sundaes.

Not great. The play ground area is great for kids but the service is always slow and customer service is often lacking. I've had some ridiculously long waits before for pretty simple orders and not even at busy times, simply because they don't care about walk in customers and instead make them wait ages and just focus their attention on the drive thru. Seems serving both is often to difficult. I've also had them check off my order as complete for McCafe drinks and not even bother to actually make them. Left me waiting over half an hour just for a couple hot chocolates! Meanwhile, the chick working in the cafe area managed to fully restock the area and have a good social chat with her workmates! Really, the only positive to this place is that when they do actually get around to serving your order it is at least usually correct and decent quality, and the play ground area is good.
