Great stop off or outdoor area to enjoy your coffee, car wash or just for great food. Nice outdoor area and car/truck wash available.

First they take the app order, then you wait in a queue for half an hour, so that they tell you that they can't make your order.
Change your order to something they "can" make, and half of it is missing.
Extremely disappointing.

Only ones there for the first 10 minutes, 15 minutes to be served, 2 apple pies and 2 drinks, had to wait 35 minutes for the whole things and our drinks weren't close to full

This was honestly such a stressful job Physically and mentally. They would under staff the store and make it a living hell for the staff too work In. The managers didn’t care about how stressful it gets when there is only two of us working during peak hours. I was treated like I was nothing at this store.
I took a break for my mental health and the new manager made me quit and didn’t want to figure out a situation to help me out.
I would never recommend working here

Always get the best maccas from this store! Only reason for the 4 stars is the drive thru entry needs to be more visably obvious it's a lil confusing lol

The fries were really greasy like the oil wasn't hot enough or they had been reheated. For a truck stop you would think the food would be cooked fresh.

No Mighty Muffin after keeping us waiting…. I’m just Hangry because we got there before 10: 30 for breakfast but we’re kept waiting so long that they then refused to offer breakfast because it was then after 10: 30….
Sooo yes we should be earlier to account for long wait times….
But in this case…. Should they still offer me breakfast? Obviously I think so because I am craving a Mighty Muffin and I am now driving to another Maccas that does serve mighty muffins all day

It was alright. The food was a bit sloppy when put together. The staff seem to ignore you for at least 5mins if you're not in the drive thru. The manager seems to speak down to his staff and yell at them.not the friendliest place to be.

I didn't have an issue with the service but finding the entrance of the drive through was challenging. We nearly went in the wrong driveway and while we were waiting there was another two cars who took a couple of goes to get it right.

The ice cream machine is being "cleaned" like always. And they don't have any currently made apple pies. Do not come here.

They literally are not capable of being on time for uber. They should have their account cancelled.

Awesome tranquil reserve for a family picnic down by the River. The walking and cycling track is beautiful and scenic and great for kids.

Soft cones were placed directly on counter without serviette wrapped around, there was also no cone holder. There seems to be a general lack of hygiene sense around the place.

Ordered 2 cheese midium meals one no meat and 2 capas with 2 sugars. When enjoying both with meat and no sugar in capas.

Very bad service, served everyone before my order of a single cheeseburger, took 30 minutes to get my burger whilst everyone else was served within minutes, not even anything to compensate the waste of time we experienced or the overall terrible experience, the lady working was terrible as-well yelling at us when we asked for the whereabouts of our meal, she was very unprofessional giving us an even worse experience. Poor effort from big maccas

The service was really bad. I ordered a cheeseburger while other fobs ordered mcfamily boxes and they prioritised their order over mine even tho I ordered first.really disappointed

Great spot to stop before exiting Melbourne through the suburbs. Lots of room for anyone towing a caravan or boat. Clean restrooms and good choice of fast foods. Dining-in areas are large and it's easy to socially distance. This is a favourite spot for me whenever I'm in the area.

Actually the best fries I've had at any McDonald's ever. Anywhere on Earth. Plus she even propped them up with napkins so that I could eat them while driving. Who does that? Someone who cares, that's who.

Absolutely appalling service got totally ignored for 15mins in store then went through drive through another 10mins. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL

Friendly staff, great food and real efficient with orders. I’m very pleased with the quality of service and highly recommend it, whether it’s on drive-thru or front counter.
