67The day time is 3: 50PM. The Supervisor is very rude. I already waited 30 minutes then after he told me you need to wait 30 minutes more or you can cancel your order. Oh my God this is McDonald's service. Banned.
If I could leave no stars, I would. Over 45 minutes for an ice cream! Crap service, disgustingly messy behind counter. DISGRACEFUL
Ordered a large Chocolate Frappe and got it in a normal soda cup. Saw the cup oozed out with cream when ine of the staffs jammed it with a normal lid. Hilarious but disliked how the one who handled my order didn't even put an effort to find a proper cup lmao.
Tables had not been clean for sometime.zSurprised not usual Mac's standard. Also no milk for coffee's at. 2.50pm. My wife and I decided to go to Oliver's nearby next time. Staff showed more interest and area clean. Also.gave us.milk and wouldn't let us pay.
These guys are terrible. Waited 15 minutes for a coffee - which ended up not being mine. Will never go there again.
Avoid this McDonalds
Without doubt the worst McDonalds I've ever visited. Asked for a Frozen drink, the frozen drink machine is down, asked if I could get a shake instead, the shake machine is down. My wife orders a Ham and Chees toastie, they include tomato which she can't eat. We order a Ham and Cheese Croissant- there's no croissant bread left- they offer a Ham and cheese pastry- which they burn when re heating, they missed the extra small fries and the small drink with the Happy Meal my daughter ordered. After all this the remaining food from the order was already cold.
Barely an apology from the staff. Just awful all round.
Who even eats McDonalds anymore?

Went to counter stood there for 5min staff looked at me but no one came to serve me poor service. 840pm 27th of Feb not stopping again ever. Keep driving not worth the effort to get out of the car
Whilst I was waiting for my order, which they got wrong, 3 others returned to complain of incorrect orders. Not good at all
Waited 30min for a Big Mac meal and an apple pie, obviously the drive thru is more important than a customer in the restaurant. Not the best experience
Visited twice for a soft swirl and guess what it was out of order on both the occasions Even the staff is unaware when it will b fixed. Worst experience ever.
Whilst I live in hope, alas, the chips and hash browns are always cold - and even microwave chewy on occasion! It's also common practice to get the order wrong. On the one hand, I tell myself it's a fast food chain run by children with poor social skills, but then I remind myself that as a fast food chain it shouldn't be hard, even for children, to follow basic rules of disposing of cold food that's building bacteria (or isn't that the rule a anymore in Croydon?). Grrrrrr.
Absolutely disgraceful. Hamburgers are always dry. And frappe, soft serve, thick shakes are always broken down.
Put up a bloody sign in the drive thru to let people know your products are working.get it fixed.
This visit I bought 6 nuggets and I only received 3. We had to go back to get it fixed. As the drive thru was busy, we had to walk in. If you're going through drive thru it's because you don't want to get out of your car otherwise it defeats the purpose.
The time before this we ordered iced coffees. I asked if the straws were in the bag and the drive thru person said that they were. ALWAYS CHECK FOR YOUR STRAWS! We drove off only to find that there were no straws. This might not sound like a big deal but try drinking an iced coffee in a moving car without straws! I wore part of my iced coffee despite my best attempt not to spill it. I was so disappointed that such a little thing made such a big difference. I couldn't go back cos I was already on the freeway when I realised.
I have since bought metal, reusable straws because I never want to be caught out again. Simple error my McDonald's, but big impact for the customer.
Poor service. When asked for receipt staff said “sorry we don’t issue receipts here, if you need receipts then you have to go to counter not drive through. Drive through does not issue receipts. ” I needed receipt as this was for an expense claim so I asked for the manager (being the Karen that I am). The manager comes up and said “sorry we can’t print receipts because we ran out of paper on all our machines. ” I said that it was unacceptable and asked for a written receipt which he then scribbled on a piece of paper and handed to me unwillingly. Really rude. No apology at any point in time.
Drive through took over 20 minutes due to staff shortages. Unfortunately once in the queue it's impossible to get out of it. The 1 star was for the friendly staff trying their best in the circumstances.
Short part of our order. Attitude of staff needs to improve. Will never go to this McDonalds again. There are plenty more around which are better.
NOT 24 HOURS!
Don’t waste your time!
Be warned they are not open 24 hours, this is now the second time I have been outside 9am-5pm and the excuse today was a ‘systems close’ that would take ‘over 1 hour’ before they could take any orders. Didn’t turn off the lights or anything. On the odd occasion I have been served they always always forget to put something in the bag. Absolute waste of time.
Chips and onion rings were undercooked. Burgers and drinks were good though and service was fast.
Drive through took 45mins to get through. Missing food and cold, went instore for missing items/swap cold items to wait another 15mins. In kitchen was a mess and food all over the floor. To top it off our 2nd lot of food was all wrong.
