McDonald's Delacombe

Drive thru, ordered large chai latte, received actual cool milk and barely any chai taste added. Took drink back to restaurant to complain and have replaced, checked time on my phone and staff took 9.5mins to make new drink for me. Ridiculous really.

Can’t even give them 1 star. Stood in there for well over 10 minutes while staff walk around and up and down and not 1 person asked if I wanted to order. Walked out in the end. Last time I’ll go there

5an and say in the drive thru for 6 minutes, generally much quicker then this but in this case can't rate highly

It was alright, most of the orders were alright but they my thickshake order wrong and wrongs sauces

Went through drive through 5.45 p.m. Ordered 2 bacon and egg mcmuffins 1 fillet of fish and small fries. Had to wait, wait, people waiting after me were served, when my order came the fries weren't there, more waiting, so much so I got out of the car to see what was going on to be met by a lady bringing the fries. She apologised, I said that was too long to wait. Got home the fillet of fish was just warm, it must have been put in the bag first. I always said to friends go to Delacome for Maccas because their food was better but not anymore.

Store is to much 21st century (not enough counter space they try to force u to use the self serve Kiosk)

Ordered hot chocolate that tasted like milk. Friendly staff and quick service. Just a little hit and miss at times with hot drinks.

I went into delacombe to get a frozen coke.no one was in there to be served but me and I waited 5 minutes. People walked past, looked at me and in the end I had to ask to be served. Ended up receiving nothing and told “I guess I could serve” and looked at her friend as if she didn’t want to. Ended up getting a non frozen coke with froth on the top clearly the machine was broken. Never coming here again.

Ok, Service was slow tho, But there was hardly any staff on so no wonder, The toilets weren't clean, Very smelly and water on the floor everywhere.

Relatively new. Lots of usb charging stations and power points. Fun play space that goes upwards. Clean toilets. Friendly service although a bit disorganised when we went. Slow service and missed food items in our order. My Big Mac was one of the better made ones I've had in my time. Neatly stacked, not sloppy like they sometimes are.

There was a loud beeping coming from the kitchen area which could be heard in the dining area. It wasn't turned off.

Coffee today.by a girl who was so kind and very outgoing made me feel extremely welcomed at the store and made my coffee! She was unsure at first if it would taste okay as she wasn't from café and it was by far the best coffee i have had from maccas.
