Pity this place can't read! They seem to choose what to give you, not what you order. They have a "ah, close enough" attitude. Every time I have been there, they have got the order wrong. Says a lot about their lack of training!

The staff and management here need quite the reality check when it comes to customer service. You can be waiting at the counter for near on 10 minutes with staff walking past or even stopping and starring right at you without acknowledging your existence, they also don’t greet you and say, “someone will be with you shortly”.

McDonald’s used to have the ‘2 metre’ rule in the training when it came to customers, if someone was within that 2 metres you were to greet them. The owner really needs to pull their finger out and realise how much the stores have degraded over the past 5-10 years!

I hope this gets to the restaurant/ rosters manager. On busy nights such as Saturday nights, please ensure that you put enough staff to look after the orders. Its absolutely and definitely unfair and a complete inconsiderate on your behalf for someone to wait 55 minutes to get their order!
Moreover, please ask your lovely shift managers at night to pick up the phone when it rings at night. It could be the poor uber driver who wants to save him self a worthless drive to then be told "we are doing a system update and cant serve you". When he could have asked that on the phone before coming!

The toilets here, were surprisingly clean, when I came here to use them once. I haven't tried ordering food at this place, if I ever do, I will update the review accordingly.

We were craving for McDonald’s ice cream last night and they gave us generous amount of ice cream! Thanks to the guy who served us and gave us a smile.

Only taking orders from one side so went to the window to put on our order. They were soooo busy - NOT. But to prove a point, we were then made to wait 10 mins for a toasted sandwich. Lucky we had our coffee to drink.

Person who works night shift turns off uber eats delivery and say uber eats driver they don't have any order and if you go in drive through he is not taking any orders. Then whats the pointbof opening 24 hours just shut down.

My drink was divine. I asked for extra cream and the lovely person at the counter loaded me up. Great service and I enjoyed every sip. Great job maccas slay.

Today I drove through and did a very simple order of 2 coffees and a large fries.
After being directed to the waiting bay l received my coffee from a very confused male staff member who wasn’t sure who belonged to what order. I then ask him for my large fries to which he replied he was coming with them shortly. After waiting for 9 minutes I proceeded to the inside of the store to be handed a bag of almost cold fries.
I would suggest more communication and observation, staff training in team work.

They always get my order wrong. Last time got a family meal which includes 20 nuggets but they didn't put them in. Food is sometimes cold. More often than not there's no pickle in the cheese burgers. This is the worst Macdonald's. Very slow.ridiculous wait times.

Didnt get served at the counter. So was forced to use the self serve. But meal was lovely and fresh (for macas lol)
But playground is fantastic. Warrnambool stores should take note.

Drove thru drive thru at 1.45am and nobody acknowledged us. Drove around again and was told they just started updating their systems and weren't taking any orders.

Consistently dirty tables and floor, obviously lack of staff or time to regularly clean up after the filthy customers whom don’t put rubbish in bins.
Customer service is often lacking, as they’re to busy with drive through or home delivery orders and prefer people using the app to order instead.
Playground often out of order, presumably due to cleaning issues.
Rarely get given serviettes these days with your order, which given the state of the tables and chairs you might need so you can clean for yourself.

Waiting in drive thru burning petrol while they chat in the other lane. I can hear them having a laugh. Im not any where near as amused. It’s been 10 mins. In fact they might need to come out and wake me up if they’re much longer

Surely one of McDonald. Everything is good as usual. But the staff offered some menu different from I ordered. Seems that was much easier to serve.

Shocking service. Very slow. Staff looked like they didn't know what they were doing. No sense of urgency except for one young man who was very polite.

Just wish when a delivery order is made, that I actually receive the items paid for. Once you can forgive, we all make mistakes. But four in a row is just poor attention to detail.
