Need Ed Miller good clean my rehab for staff member might have helped I don't know but the cook just sit out the back cooking and the manager of running around doing everything else so maybe another staff member might have helped

I ordered a Mighty McMuffin for breakfast and was disappointed to find that the bacon tasted very fatty. Bacon should be allowed to sit at room temperature for fifteen minutes or so before you cook it. It will help the fat render more quickly, so it will be crispy and not burnt.
When I returned the McMuffin to McDonalds staff member behind the counter and requested that the bacon be more crispy, he gave me a replacement burger and once again the bacon was exactly the same. Therefore, the McDonalds on 97-99 Cheltenham road has lost my patronage. As the saying goes; it’s a lot less expensive to keep a current customer than to acquire a new one.

Terrible. Screwed my order in bizarrely stupid way. Ordered latte, they made cappuccino. So girl offered to scrape off the foam to get rid of the chocolate? What? Is that what they are taught is the difference between latte and cappuccino? Seriously? Then, she was in complete lala land regarding sugars. We were identifying 2 drinks based on the number of sugars. One has 1 and the other had 2. Ultimately, neither contained sugar. Just how stupid could she be? This wasn'l a young girl. This appeared to be a mature staff member, I thought her uniform suggested management level. I still can't get over the idea that you can scrape the froth off a cappuccino to make it a latte.

Not sure if it's because my standards for McDonald's is usually pretty low but I'm actually floored by the quality and service of this branch. Clean store, Lightning speed order, burgers were so fresh and perfectly stacked, patties were huge and crazy juicy. I accident dropped my drink on the floor and all they did was smile and give me a replacement drink for free. Absolutely recommending this place. Amazing staff.

Go to another McDonald's for better customer service. There is fat girl works there extreme rude to customers. I will never go there or recommend this place. Very negative energy there.

McDonald is McDonald, what can you say. This one is a bit too congested. It has a halal certification though.

Unfortunately not all customers wipe down their tables after themselves so it would be nice if someone wipes down tables after customers leave so that the new customer coming to the table is not faced with other peoples leftovers. Or may be you could havev it written on your trays '" please wipe down table before you leave". Thank you

These guys are up and down. You can have some ripper food one day and then they can be a shocker the next.

Only reason we come to this one the most is because they are halal.

So highly recommend anyone who comes here, to tell them to make the food fresh

Standard macca's food. Very long wait for a coffee in the morning. The good thing is this store is open on christmas day! Handy if you have no interest in christmas and are looking for a feed.

Always yelling at each other and don’t actually serve you always make you use the self serve machines. Service a horrible but food normally is alright

Pop ratty good when they dont forget the sauce you want I only went through the drive thru and had to go back in to get the sauces my meal was missing

Always running out of Italian dressing and balsamic dressing and only have caesar dressing in stock when I visit

Litterly Waited 10 min in front of the register for someone to take my order. Insted she served Someone else. What a racist bunch.

I use to visit mostly at night and find out most of the tables are dirty. Menu screen isn’t working. Toilets are litterally dirty. Hygene issues alot. Hell condition. Dissappointed

Exceptionally hard night for all the staff from what I could see and their facial expressions- I have never seen a McDonald's restaurant that busy inside and out. Mainly due to the 31 days 31 deals promotion.
Chaos and confusion reigned. But I think they were doing a good job keeping thier cool under very difficult circumstances.

The drive through staff are really helpful and patient, especially regarding my queries about Halal food selection.

Also the women’s toilets were immaculate. It’s not often that any fast food place is that clean!

Just love it, the quality of food has increased as previously food sometimes was cold and non-fresh and even when you ask them to make fresh, half of it wouldn't be even fresh. But they have improved quality of the food, however, customer service or training of some staff needs some improving. Overall, a great store. Fyi, it is halal store if you looking for halal food.

What's the point of a drive thru if you have to sit in the waiting bay all the time. Just for 1 meal.

The tea mugs with obvious black particles/balls inside which can be easily removed by finger. When I kindly ask for another mug, I was told "I don't know what's your expectation for old mugs". Really? ! My expectation is I can sue you for food safety reasons!
