McDonald's Dandenong

Bought mc for four and did not receive the nuggets. We were waiting in the drive through for so long and it was a waste! Will not recommend going

Tables needed to be wiped, again staff never give napkins, this is every store mind you. However surprisingly they had table numbers available. Most stores don't. So l got a hash brown instead of chips for less calories reason, but it was dry & crunchy.

Poor. I ordered a toasting which was slapped together on 2 different size pieces of toast/bread which was not cut through fully. We were there at 7am - few others were the only customers eating in. Not up to Mecca's standard - very disappointing visit.
We were 3 hours from home.

Early morning delays. Spend 10 mins for a Coffee not the first time writing this still waiting in the drive through management should look at this problem

5 star Almond milk Decaf Cappuccino.

I try alot of Cappuccino's, and with almond milk + decaf, every McCafe seems to be different around Aus.
Well, here @ approx 1: 40pm, 13/5/21, we got the best '2 Decaf Almond milk Cappuccino's (medium) ',
we've had, from any McCafe drivethrough.
So whoever you had making the coffees and running the show, thank them & keep them both!

and the total disregard by McDonald's management to my request I totally do not support McDonald's in any way.
Most local bakeries make wonderful Vietnamese bread rolls which in my opinion fill you up more than any fast food, also cheaper than lots of burgers in fast food chains.

What a joke. Ordered chicken clubhouse and it comes out looking like it's been ran over by a truck. So I go in and speak to the manager and she remakes the burger. I open the burger in front of her and the bacon is as hard as a rock. I ask her how she expects me to eat it and she turns around and tells me "It's not THAT old" I started laughing and told her to make me a fresh burger. So when it's finally done she comes out and slams it on the counter.
What kind of customer service is that?
The store owner needs to reconsider the management and employees left unsupervised.

If I could I would give zero stars. Paid the money but after waiting for 15 minutes in the waiting bay we just left. The smallest order ever, two onion rings and 1 coffee. Midnight run before party pickup.

Very bad experience. Strongly recommend don't go there. Very unprofessional staff. (Indian Girl behave so so rude)

Staff need to learn how to make coffee's "extra hot", even when customer complains the coffee is not hot enough, they remade it even colder than the last one. It's all about customer satisfaction, and there was non here. Educate your staff!

Chinese lady staff with blue uniform so rude. Always screaming at customer. Hope the managers can do something about it.

Always messes order. And waited 45 minutes once because they gave my order to someone else and sausage patties are actually meat patties with sausage flavouring.

Greasiest maccas I've ever eaten. Staff member standing there with my order bleating out the wrong order number for 5 whole minutes before I asked if it was mine. Dirty as well. Found a pair of dirty wet socks under our table.

Well its halal and McDonalds so it's in my good books. Does get really busy at times, but its fast food so you get what you pay for. Food is great and staff are educated in regards to the halal section of the menu.

Terrible Coffee in the mornings and Always a long wait no matter how many cars are in drive thru. Would recommend going to any another McDonald's

Went during the early morning just as breakfast menu came up and my order wasnt what i paid for. Asked for double sausage and egg with bacon on muffin and got 2 a normal sausage egg with bacon. Double check your orders before leaving!

Option for those who looking for halal McDonalds. Wish they are fully halal without bacon and ham to cater for Muslims so that we could enjoy our meal better.

One of the workers was complaining and huffing and puffing due to the fact that we asked for fresh banana bread. The food came out cold and disgusting to look at and eat. I do not recommend at all!
