McDonald's Cranbourne VIC

Nice new clean Maccas. Everything was nice and clean. Went through drive through and staff were friendly and efficient. I have unsalted fries which usually means a wait but these guys had their stuff together and my order was ready when i got to the collection window.

We went through the drive through and we waited 20 minutes for our food and 20 cars with food also passed us.
Our food was slapped together and we had no pickles or onions on either of our burgers. We are extreamly disappointed with service and the quality

I was very disapointed by their service n after waiting for ages they come with the food n it's the wrong burger, should really work on all these things next time we will choose another place rather then waiting for ages n getting the wrong food

Hit and miss here. Sometines they do great coffee, other times it tastes like puddle water. I haven't ordered food here for ages as it was always cold.

It's McDonald's, where half your food is missed & it's either cold or gross.
But it's fast & easy when you are desperate

Like every other store you will not find anything different from the layout to the most minute detail it has the distinct familiarity that wherever you go around the world you will not be surprised when you walk in there stores. It has plenty of parking spaces and as always the staff do an excellent job in providing you with a service that is fantastic

McDonald's Cranbourne VIC, 239 South Gippsland Hwy is open 24 hours. Cranbourne McDonald's is generally very busy most of the week. Friday and Saturday nights are very busy, especially the drive thu. There are two ordering boxes in the drive thu which makes it flow better then when they had one. Its has great setting inside and is a nice place to eat your Favourite items from there menu.

The toilet was mostly clean. The decor of the place was okay, it was clean-ish, not bad for 11pm on a Saturday night.

The food took too long (like 20 mins) and it was bland but at least it was edible.

Overall, it is merely okay,

Bought a burger and the pattie was REALLLY OLD. Where they should be throwing away the beef patties if not used within 15min and the patties in my Big Mac look older then 1 hr and tasted even worse.was just dark and dry!

Basically forcing customers to order on self serve menu things, cold chips, forgot chips in order. Burgers barely warm and no serviettes in the whole restaurant at dinner time

Every Night there will be some sort of car pack fight between a Maori and a Red P plater of some kind

Even worse than the average. They just never ever get it right, ever! This time at the drive through the drink was overfull so when inserting the straw lemonade went everywhere, I asked for some napkins to clean it with & was given the o'l rolling eyes response. Fries were stone cold also. Pathetic.

Service poor placed a simple order and it took three times to try to get it right, in the end I just took the order even though it not right and left!

Slowest McDonald place we've ever been, for 3 days our crew has waited 10-15 minutes, like really, lost there hole smoko break

While the food is great quality. The service is not. 7 times out of 10 they will forget part of your order in the drive-thru. It's gotten so bad that after being burned over and over and sick of having to sit in the queue and tell them that they forgot part of the order - again - I have all but given up with this Cranbourne store, and I will go out of my way to avoid this particular Maccas and drive the extra distance to visit another one.

Constantly unorganised. Service at counter is almost non-existant. Yet to have one correct Uber Eats order, and they always blame it on Uber. Last time I checked, Uber wasn’t the one packing the food. Food is also always cold and not fresh in Uber orders. Overall, disappointing.

Waited 15 minutes to be served, didn't get my full order and half the food was dry and leathery. Couldn't even bite it.
Don't recommend coming to this McDonald's.

Very bad service and rude staff. I ordered food for the table after waited so long went to the counter and they put my order in the bag and kept it aside. Didn't even acknowledge their mistake and have me the same bag with cold food in it. I won't go back to this Mcdonald.

Disappointing. Their food wasn't that fresh and tasted like it had been sitting around. They didn't give us any sauce for our nuggets and no straws for our drinks despite the woman at the drive-thru telling us that they were in the bag. Bad attention to detail and they don't respond to email complaints. Won't be coming back to this store.

Didnt listen to what i ordered, all wrong and sizes were wrong, went back for cones and lots behind counter talking but no service, hopeless
