Another experience today where I got to realise fast foods are moving away from in store customer satisfaction. They are more and more reliant on drive throughs and home delivery. The systems in the store are not working and they don't even try to be nice to the few customers who come visiting.

Terrible service so very slow. Owner should stop being so pathetically cheap and hire more staff!

Service has improved but seems to depend on which staff are working, this visit it was much better

I take a gamble whenever ordering from this place and 3 times in a row they always forget something and i have to chase up menu log for my money back.first time my whole milkshake was gone, second time i had 6 nuggets instead of 10 and third time my chips were missing.all they can offer is a voucher next time you come in, ridiculous.tell your braindead staff to read the damn order and make it correctly

The cheesy chicken doesn’t look right. The cheese you guys used this time was a thin tasty not the usual mozzarella that melts. I was very disappointed.

Service has improved but that doesn't mean it's any good just better than it was so it almost gets 2 stars today it gets 2 Stars

This is my second takeaway with missing item Last time there was one less burger and this time missing chicken nuggets from the order. I would say you are not for business. Surely not visiting any more.

Generally have no issues with the food or my coffee. But the state of the carpark and the rubbish is appalling. It's just filthy, with bins over-flowing and litter being blown down the road. Looks disgraceful and it's harmful to the environment.

My least favourite Maccas in Australia. Dirty stainless mug used to froth milk for cafe late. Bathrooms also dirty. Tuesday morning 7 September at 4: 15 AM.

Cranburne McDonald’s. What a joke I have just ordered a meal through Uber eats which was stone cold. I rang Brody straightaway to let them know and apparently there is nothing they can do about it. So I have just spent $18 on a cold meal that I will not eat and cannot have replaced. Worst service ever

My order was missing items. I called the store over 50 times and no one answered my calls. That’s very poor customer service. Very disappointed in this store

Always need to park in waiting bay for at least 5 minutes no matter how busy it is. The good is always good but the service is pretty poor.

WAITED TOO LONG FOR MY SON'S PANCAKE MEAL ONLY TO REALISE IT LACKED THE HUSH BROWN. IT UPSET MY SON AND COULDN'T BE BOTHERED DRIVING BACK THERE. IT HAPPENED THREE TIMES ALREADY THAT SOMETHING IS LACKING INTHE BAG!

Must of picked a bad night, half an hour to go through drive through and then the food was only just warm. Won't be heading back there again any time soon

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to! Should be ashamed that this store is representing the McDonald's franchise. The workers are incompetent or can't be bothered making good food. Keep going back as it's close but seriously fix yourselves up. Disgusting food every time.

13 minute wait after ordering through the drive thru. Pretty ordinary service. It would have been quicker to go to any of the surrounding stores. Negative 5 stars.

Its the closest store to me so its normally the go to, however think i will be traveling that bit further from now on. The manager tonight 24th of may, incredibly rude when called to say my mcchicken burger was dry and almost impossible to swallow despite the litre of mayonnaise on it. Got told im a lier as she remembers making them exact burgers herself.
They almost always forget atleast 1 item from your order, and when you try to call them to organize getting your forgoteen item the next time your there the phone just goes to message bank. This maccas is hit amd miss, but mostly miss

Got my order wrong, said they'd fix it at the next window. They didn't and sent me to park and wait for my food. It was stone cold.

We went to order via self-service tonight at around 9.52 pm and the store was not busy.
The order still took more than 15 minutes to complete. It was already disappointing waiting that long for a fast food order. The orders were mocked up- putting on tomato sauce on an Angus burger order instead of bbq- the covers, presentations on all orders were very messy and this also reflects the store presentation, dirty, greasy and messy. The manager was simply slacking off talking to staff about non- sense instead if being productive and staff doing their tasks as they should. A very ill- organised store with a very poor management skills on a lot of level and sub- standard quality.
