76 Brought a meal on the voucher. Two different people served me during drive through. So I was over charged because the lady didn’t add the code after I told them I had a code when I ordered at the machine. I was told to go to the next window. Waited for a couple mins. After that I was told to go to the waiting bay. Waited for another 5 mins. Only to be told they can’t refund it and put it back through. I was told by the rude manager to go on the app. I asked where he replied “I don’t know. On the app somewhere there is a help section”.
After a couple weeks someone one finally hot back to me. Said they can offer me a cheese burger meal or meal replacement. I replied with a meal replacement will be better. No reply for over two weeks. It is no wonder people get angry at them.
Quick to over charge, bot give sauce or extras paid for but when it comes to fixing the mistake they made. You can only hear crickets ️. How they are still is business is just a joke!
Worst MacDonald's I've ever lived next to in my life. I have been here maybe around 20-30 times over the past couple of years, and I can honestly say I have never ever received a correct order. Items missing, wrong order completely, have had burgers without meat paddys or without buns. Who ever manages this establishment should be let go.
We drive to another MacDonald's down the road, for anyone reading this, save your money, time and effort, stay away!
I don't have any problems with their walk in service. Customer service is good and all. So is their drive through team. But the drive through team, needs to pay more attention to those that are driving through please. McDonald all the way
I honestly don’t why I bother gambling that this “restaurant” would be any better. EVERY-TIME their is an issue. They rush, they throw the burgers together, they leave fries and nuggets sitting around longer than they should be, lack of fudge and soft serve in the sundaes like they can afford to fill up the cup?
I get handed a drink at the drive thru window, cup covered in coke, tries to hand it to me with no vocal interaction. These kids are being pushed around to get quantity over quality and it’s disgusting. Not a good look at all!
Happy enough with the service but can someone please show the staff how to correctly wear a face mask especially when breathing over our food.
The worst McDonald’s in the area hands down, most orders are wrong, they cancel Uber Eats orders then ask you to re order to then be charged a higher delivery rate. No care in the work is evident in the quality of their food.
Always getting things wrong here and finally have had enough. Going to make all my trips to Grices Road instead now. Most recently tonight they gor both our burgers wrong and put the fresh chips we requested on top of old chips. Did not give us our nuggets.
Upon driving back there from home, they tried arguing that they gave nuggets, and the re-made my burger using the same bun and other ingredients, only changing the meat out because of the cheese on it that I didn't want. When asking them if they can remake the order and throw in a mcflury for my troubles (considering I go there multiple times a week) they said no they couldn't and gave me 2 extra nuggets instead.
Actually can't believe that this restaurant and be so consistently bad. They need to be managed by people who actually care for their customers.
I have never been to this McDonald's with out some kind of issue. Items missing, EFTPOS not working in drive-thru, extremely long wait times. Last night I ordered Menulog and received these completely inedible nuggets. I won't be going back there again this is the last straw!
Omg.had the funniest experience I've had in a long time! Ethan your customer service was great! Worked on drive through at around 8pm Friday night 18th June. Guys you need more of this type of friendly customer service in your restaurant.
Poor service at the drive thru. Ordered a large spicy shaker chicken mcpieces meal with fries and a bottle of water. The only thing that was right in the order was the bottle of water. Fries was half full and no shaker salt for the mcpieces. Service has been poor for a long time and I don't see any improvement coming soon. Sorry, but I'm not going to spend my time and money at this restaurant anymore.
Can't count how many times I have had issues with this particular mcdonalds making mistakes. Especially on uber orders. TWICE items. Now I include in the notes to remember and I ask the driver to check. Tonight got the order completely wrong. Only way to get what you want is to go and get it. But some people who Uber can't physically go out to collect! So have to pay another delivery fee to get the right order!
TEERIBLE UNFOCUSSED STAFF WHO DONT LEARN FROM MISTAKES
The service is good, but can do much much better. Basic stuff like genuine customer service (the feel) is not visible now. Staff maybe tired, but that's no excuse. There are so many options available now, I might not visit this store anymore if I don't feel served properly. My $$ are the same as Peter and Paul.
Please be polite and respectful towards all customers who visit your outlet.
We thought we would have a bit of lunch, a Sunday afternoon about 1: 30pm. We'll the line was pretty long and it took a long time! On a positive note, the young boy who we paid at the window was lovely! Very apologetic about the wait.
Food was typical of Maccas, nice.
Went through drive thru after midnight.ordered 3 burgers asked for all if them to be cooked fresh, reminded the girl when i paid for the food and she said yes she had told the guys in kitchen.waited in waiting zone for about 5 minutes for food to arrive.when it did, only 1 of the burgers was fresh (sausage and egg) and that was only because they had to cook the egg.the filet o fish bun was not steamed and the fish patty was stale, as if it had been sitting in the warmer for a long time.the triple cheese burger was not hot/fresh and cheese was not even close to melting.i know a fresh burger because its what i always ask for when going outside of peak hours.disappointing!
Ordered through uber eats and my snackwrap was missing, so was the toy in the happy meal. We ordered a snack wrap in the happy meal and the chicken was undercooked. Seriously guys, how hard is it to pack an order with 3 items? Are you even awake? Incompetent staff!
Its a Maccas. No more, no less. This branch has a playground though so good if you have little ones.
It's the 2 time I got home and something was missing
Today I was missing a cheeseburger from my meal. From today onwards I will double check my meals. I ll encourage everyone to do the same.
Absolutely terrible. Waited for 25 minutes and when I got my food there was 2 long pieces of hair in my burger. Absolutely disgusting.
The lady who makes the Iced Lattes in the morning just does such an amazing and consistent job! Well done!
Worst McDonald's when we order through Menulog and Uber. Had to wait for 1 hour and when food came it was incomplete and cold. They dont answer phone. Avoid this place if u can.
