McDonald's Clyde

The service was so bad, we ordered 3 happy meals, and ordered an extra fries for all of them, and we specifically told them several times to add extra fries but when we received our order we checked all the happy meals and there was not a single extra fries in there, we told them but they just laughed and gave us the fries while ignoring us even when we payed extra for the extra fries. This happened many times, they kept on forgetting our order and we had to drive all the way back to get it. The food is so garbage whenever eating the fries it is so soggy and oily, the nuggets barely had any flavours. The bathroom is so messy, and the flor is wet. All the workers are teenagers and not taking their job seriously!

Has the worst employees, they never get orders right, the food is always cold and old. They take way too long to make food even when there isn’t a lot of traffic. They are super rude and can’t admit when they have made a mistake, even when you have a receipt. You have to fully argue your case for them to finally admit they made a mistake. This maccas takes the cake for being the absolute worst

This store is the best I’ve ever been to. I got my meal nice and hot, fresh chips and everything. The girl who took my order was lovely, she welcomed me and politely ask what I would like to order. She was great and fast at putting in the food I wanted and all my changes to my burger I wanted. When you go in store check if the girl with the clear glasses and brown hair is there, she’s is well trained and well mannered, the managers at the store seemed to be on track and helping the staff which I don’t really see when I go into McDonald these days, usually there are people just standing around but today at this store there wasn’t. Honestly the best Maccas ive been to in a long time, though it’s a distance from my house I might start coming to this store more. The dinning room area was alright for a maccas though I did see a group of people throwing around food in the far room. You should definitely come to this McDonald’s I will be telling my family and friends to come to this one! The Plaground is nice but could use some cleaning and as a person who doesn’t like certain foods this store is very good with keeping to your orders

This food is just something that you have to eat when on the way when there is nothing to eat. Otherwise, food is too plain, dry, with no taste at all. Burgers and chips, I can make much better than their's.

This place needs some grease!

We ordered a triple cheeseburger with no onion and extra pickles. The burger came with no buns just the meat and there was onions in it. This place is ridiculous even forgot half or our food last time.

There is another McDonald's 5 minutes up the road from this one. Do yourself a favour and got to that one. This McDonald's continues to fall below par with its service and poor quality food.

Worst McDonald’s I have even seen, ordered food that took over an HOUR. For two meals then when we finally got it the chicken was raw and all the food was cold. Absolutely disgusting. They need to honestly get there staff trained before they have a law suite.

Probably the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life. Not just a one off either. Everytime we come here it’s the same deal. Young kids walking around with no sense of urgency or care if customers have short breaks and need a quick meal or coffee. I gave it my fair share of tries but obviously management refused to identify or want to fix the issue

Service is SLOW. Stood at the counter for a good five minutes, several staff made eye contact, yet not one of them asked if I’d like to order. Ended up using self serve tablets. Tables are pretty grotty also

Thats a large chips and you will never get full.its like left over broken chips they filled up.

Tonight I took my 4 year old son and sister to get ice cream and the store was quiet busy. The manager on duty was behaving in the most aggressive and unprofessional way I have ever seen.
I have worked in hospitality for 10 years and was absolutely blown away with how the manager was behaving as I’ve never even seen this during the time I have worked. The manager was yelling, swearing and throwing things around the store. During the 30 minutes of us waiting we seen the manager yell, throw things and had even thrown an order super close to my son. Absolutely disgusted that I spent money when we got treated so poorly. Maybe don’t work in hospitality if you can’t handle the busy periods.

Disabled toilets are kept locked people in wheelchais and disabled are required to ask to use the toilet.

If you order here expect to wait at least 20 mins as drive thru gets priority and that goes for uber drivers too.there was 4 waiting. And as for the toilets, the womens was so dirty.it was like a fecal Jackson Pollock painting, absolutely gross

Good playground. Extremely busy store lots of drivers waiting to do deliveries from here but all in all service is good

Every time I get food here it's cold and stale.
Tonight no different I lined up in drive through the wait was about 20-25 mins minimum. Then my food is stale. The fresh nuggets I asked for, were like they had been taken from the bin they were that cold. Burger was stale and cold. Everything inedible.
This store needs to be closed down so the staff can be trained properly. Like what extra means, or fresh or just simple words we learn in primary school. It's not a difficult job.
Don't answer their phones either so there is no way to contact them.
Disgusting.
