6.11.20 ordered again on Uber eats - missing items. I’ll keep logging issues here until the owner responds or fixes this shambles.

This is the worst McDonalds in Melbourne. I don’t like giving bad reviews but it’s just how this location is

Try it for yourself and see. They can’t get any order right. The franchises system of training that McDonalds was renowned for fails here- miserably. The owner should be ashamed but doesn’t give a stuff as it’s been like this forever.
It’s crazy how wrong they get it- consistently missed items, poorly constructed items burgers, wraps, breakfast - all of it. Let me know if you ever get a napkin in your bag. Whether you order in, go through the drive thru or online, I’ve NEVER had a correct order AND well made meal.

Guarantee if you order a happy meal on Uber eats you’ll never get your toy- poor kids! Can’t wait for the Southland one to reopen.

Nice twin lane drive-thru, quick service and modern on the inside. Still continues the long established tradition of your burgers never looking like the photos, but still yummy if you're in a hurry.

They forgot my order. I waited in the car park for 10 minutes. Had to go back into the store to remind them I was waiting.

Easily the slowest maccas I've ever been through. No matter what time. Always slow. Food is decent. It's maccas.

Some App deals don't work here so I have to drive to my next McD's!
They make mistakes on my order and ask me to walk-in, because they said Manager will be very angry at them! Uhhh?

Beck is a great manager. Really liked her service. Fast n smooth. 1 of the best Maccers in Melbourne.

no bacon, no caramelised onion for chicken clubhouse burgers. A few times I bought from this place with the same missing. So this is not the error but cheating!

They do the Big Macs just right and normally get the order right too. Despite touch screens and tech investment food delivery seems slower than used to be and even more impersonal however

Got hot cakes on saturday morning take away- they were cold, ordered 2 but came home and saw 3. Its so busy that the manager on duty just called the number and threw the food on the counter. No thank you nothing did not even wait when I said thank you to nobody ha ha she cannot handle pressure she looked stressed written all over her face. I would rather go into the shopping center and get my food even though I live 3 doors from macas

By far the worst McDonalds in the world! My last 4 orders, including tonight have all been wrong. Uber deliveries and drive through all forgot one or two items. Definitely the last time I’ll be ordering from there

I bought chicken clubhouse burger from this shop 3 times in this month but there is no bacon and caramelised onions in the burger. They are cheating on the meal.

Foods fine but I really didn’t appreciate the manager accusing my brother and I of abusing their workers and not even apologising about it. Great kids but bad managers I guess.

Worst Mcdonalds ever. Orders are never ready and long wait time. Staff does not have any coordination. Staff is is incompetent. McDonald's should do something to improve efficiency and increase the speed to deliver.

I love this McDonald’s, the staff is always so nice and the seating and facilities are always clean. This is probably the best Macca’s in the area, definitely come here for a pleasant time. 5/5 stars! Would come here as my preference.

Terrible experience. 15 minutes to get given upside loaded chips (small only) with everything stuck to the lid half cold & soggy & a small frozen fanta. Heard swearing from staff who did not care how long it took. Not fast food!

I would like to say how amazing my experience was with the lovely lady in Mccafé this morning, i don’t know her name but she had dark hair and is in their most days. Was greeted by a lovely smile and had a great chat (also makes the best coffee i have ever tasted)

That is not meat. I dont care what you call it. I have eaten meat my whole life and I know what eat looks like and tastes like.

How do you not put chicken in a chicken Caesar salad and forget the DOUBLE dressing that I asked for? I ended up with a bowl full of lettuce, bacon and sweaty Parmesan cheese. When I called there was no apology from the manager but offered to send out a voucher. Too bad that it was meant to be my lunch.
