Last 5 times coming here, there has been no ice in my drinks.
Ruins the taste and your drinks just taste like syrup

Is this is the normal BBQ bacon Angus burger? Where is my sauce? Grilled onions?
And it is not the first time this store make the order not correct!

This women with red hair at the front counter would not give me my food after asking 3 times when we asked the 4th time she was very rude about it, then she threw ice at me This is not a joke.

My food arrived after 2 hours. 8 drivers were assigned for the order. They told me that the restaurant staff was rude and told them to cancel the order. The order will be ready when it will be.

Very bad attitude of staff members. They just throw the food in front of customers. No greet.no respect.disgusting customer service.

Drive through service was speedy, although we were the only one in the drive through. But the chips were fresh and hot, burger was to the McDonald's standard and the drink was cold and had ice in it. Good spot to get a late oght feed in the Cheltenham area.

The drive thru is ridiculously slow. I don't know what they're doing in there, but I regularly have to wait at least 10 minutes just to order, and then a further 5-10 minutes to get my meal. I sit at the speaker for 3 minutes before being asked what my order is. Send people to the waiting bays instead of holding up the drive thru, some people are just ordering 1 thing.

Worst customer service ever went there on 03/12/2021 at 11: 45 pm whoever was working there needs customer service training 101 if you want us to Come back this woman white lady with blonde hair

Unprofessional staff they messed up my burger 3times in the row horrible definitely don't recommend

98% of their staff are rude, lazy and disrespectful.
Managers are even bad.
Was at the store this evening to get dinner from my 7yr old son, they literally made us to wait for an over 30min just for a kids happy meal.
Managers are incompetent as like staff.

You can see the staff are genuinely trying but are overwhelmed. They do their best to keep the place tidy and while it can be slow, the food is always decent.

I had a breakfast Burger and was sick half an hour later
The bacon was raw, the cheese cold, the bun sloppy, the egg was ok
Slow service

Not very bright staff. Couldn't make a bigmac and forget items in not a very complicated order. Should all be sacked.

The following incident happened in August 2020. I still remember clearly and keep the photos.
Bad attitude manager at this store！ Talked out loud to me when he heard non-native English speaker.
Look at what they gave me for large French fries！ A few fries, not even half-filled！

If I ask for a Large meal don't give me Large chips that are HALF filled. How disappointing, are your employees blind to how a full box of Large chips looks like?

Ordered through the app. Drive thru lost my order and ended up having to write it down on a serviette! Took 25 minutes to get my food.

I ordered takeaway from here this morning, 00.09 order number 122, was left waiting for 00.25. I questioned a staff member why my order was so late when numbers higher than me were being called.a girl checked & found it on the bench. I questioned her as to how long it had sat there for.her answer "they just gave it too me.clearly not as she was indicating to the drive thru window.my meal was cold not eatable.disgusting service

Needless to say, there's always something that doesn't go right with this store. What is the actual point of the rating? Other than a rant, really not much coz nothing will change and if you want maccas, other than parking at southland and walking all the way thru the centre you really don't have any choice. So good luck everyone at Chelt.

Unfortunately I don't choose this one very often. They're slow and the streets get blocked up really badly through drive through.

Ordered menu log delivery while we are in lockdown, ordered 2 chocolate thickshakes got vanilla and no straws, can't drink them waste of money and now my daughter is off all her food as that's what she thought she might be able to taste
