Very cool but the play centre isn't very good for smaller children, my nephew got stuck had to get another child to get him down

This is the worst maccas iv'e ever had make sure u put cheese on a cheese burger next time and the big mac came in a a cheese burger bun it was a little mac.this is a disgrace and i'll never coming back if i do it will be the dild0 u gave me and my kids in the happy meal u gave us.

The waiting bays get a good workout, Fast food! Not anymore, Plus when I ask for a large cappuccino! They only fill it up half way and charge you full price $4.95,7/11 across the road is much better for cappuccino's, Full to the rim only $3, And fix the microphone at the ordering point, Sick and tired of repeating myself

In stark contrast to Collingwood Macca's, Edithvale/Chelsea Heights Macca's is the best McDonald's experience to be had in Melbourne. I was so impressed with the speed of my meal, the burger was better than what it looks on the picture boards, the cheese was perfectly melted, burger and chips were hot, not luke warm like the vast majority of other Macca's restaurants. This review is written after many visits and I've not been disappointed yet, Chelsea Height's, best Macca's in Melbourne!

Went through drive-thru; Thought it'd be quick and convenient. 35 minutes later and absolutely ice cold woeful, not even an apology from ANY staff

Average food. No customer service anymore, as it's all touch screen. So it now takes 3 times longer to get your food. Drive through is the only way to use Macca's nowadays.

Coffee tastes like warm milk even when you order an extra coffee shot. I avoid going to this McDonald's

Self serve machines broken. Hassle for lady to take my order, didnt ask if i wanted eat in so i said im eating here, gave no table number to deliver meal, made me come back to front desk to collect it.terrible service. Allways is!

Been a long time since I had good fries from a Maccas, went through drive thru pretty quick and just got a frozen coke and French fries. It may seem little to warrant writing a review, but the French fries were fresh, with not to much salt, and the frozen coke wasn’t frozen solid like it is from other McDonald’s. Overall, very pleased with their pace, service and food.

Customer service could have been better instead of ordering at counter as prefered i was refered to machines without assistance.

Went through drive-thru and ordered a family pack, drove all the way back home to Patterson lakes. It was missing the footy cards, sweet sour sauce and a Big Mac. Had to drive all the way back, the girl who served me was really nice saying the manager will also give you a gift card, got to the next window, got the food.that they forgot the first time. I asked where the gift card was, the manager went to get a gift card, he didn't look happy about giving a gift card, there was no apology and gave me a gift card for $5!

Mostly service is good. But sometimes server looks bored and doesn't greet you with a smile. They have also messed up my coffee order and I'm Lactose intolerant so my stomach didn't do well from the little sips of coffee I did have til I realized I had to throw away my Standard sized mocha. Maybe better to go the 7/11 across the road!

I ordered 1 cup of coffee at drive through and was told to park. I waited almost 10 minutes. I went into the store and collected it myself.

Tina is a great hairdresser and does what I want done to my hair. She gives good advice on what to do with my hair also. She is good to have a chat with ad well.

Very poor service and always mucking up the order. I ordered extra caramel sauce on the caramello Mcflurry but not only did I not get it, they barely put any sauce on it to begin with. The Mc nuggets are always cold and old and the staff are always seen gossiping out the back.

A modern take of the Aussie McDonalds. All the usual food offerings, plus a great indoor play area for the kids. We always struggle to get the grandchildren to leave. The only complaint we have, and really isn't just in this McDonalds is the mess that people leave when they finish. There are bins people!

The staff seemed bored and not very passionate about the delicious burgers they were presenting us with.

Bye bye talking to real people at the counter. Kiosk machines are here to take your order, you now get to do the work. I've always been proud of McDs as an opportunity for our locals to receive trained employment. It's not the same. Here's hoping there are still real humans working there in the years to come.

Worst coffee. I gave them the benifet of the doubt and went back a second time and it was worse! Not drinkable not wasting my time and money there again!
