McDonald's Chelsea Heights

I’ve just been into the store where there is no social distancing between the staff. The duty manager is a young girl who is being disgusting to her staff. I used my monopoly winnings to order dinner for my children and she was so rude to means told me to not come back. I did nothing to provoke this. I just stood in the corner ordering my maccas which I had to do item by item from my phone and waiting patiently. I said thank you as I left and that is when she told me to not come back. Very bad staff member

I actually feel annoyed that I have to give them 1 star as a minimum. I went through drive through this morning to order 2 coffees and a happy meal. I was told to go in the waiting bay as " they were backed up with cafe orders". I noticed they had the happy meal ready sitting on the bench at that time. I went to park. 10 minutes later I was still waiting. I decided to go inside to see what was happening, and the order still wasnt ready. The happy meal from over 10 minutes earlier was given to me - stone cold. They forgot the drink with it, which I had to remind them of. I asked what the issue was and they said they were "short staffed". From what I could see there were plenty of staff members there - no juniors - they all looked well over 18 - they should have been able to handle drive through service at 11.30am. If this Macca's was the last Macca's on the face of the earth I would never go back again. Actually, If I was starving and this was the last place with food to eat so I could live, I wouldnt go there.

-Local junk food joint we can't avoid time to time.

-Seems forever some part of building is under renovation, which is probably a good sign that they're still keeping investing in improving things there.
-Staff over all okay. Not friendly or helpful when you ask them to go 'extra miles'. I asked them during off peak hours twice to split a bill on tow different payment methods, but they made up some funny excuse and rejected it. They either don't know exactly how to do it or they're not willing to do it. It's probably an internal culture thing.
-Drive thru experience is pretty smooth. FYI, if you order on app and made the full payment via app already before drive-thru, pass the 2nd payment window and go to the 3rd food collection window straight away. Once I made the full payment and stopped at 2nd payment window, the cashier slided the window and asked me to march on impatiently.
-Taken off two stars due to unimpressed interaction with staff on multiple occasions

Ample car park at the start of a busy freeway very prompt with orders but do forget orders so check them

Apart from bad coffee experience during the morning, nice service. Need to work upon the early morning staff (lazy and ignorant).

Two stars taken away becuase they have a tendency to cancel my uber orders with no explanation or notification they did so, but apart from that they generally are really pleasant to deal with.

Appalling service (very rude staff) and they always get the order wrong- they have not managed to get 1 order right in the last several years.this has also been confirmed by other locals.very disappointing!

Every single time we order from there something is missing. I understand mistakes happen but every time is a bit much. I've called and complained, I've spoken to a manager, I've given feedback to head office, then AGAIN tonight they leave something out. This time it was two juices for my kids happy meals. What the hell?

Dirty bathrooms. Zero service. Don't even look up at customers waiting. Only option is to use filthy Touchscreens. Support local businesses, rather than places like this where they're literally replacing humans with computers. They give zero shiats about customers. Pathetic.

Great location, easy access, and the usual Maccas fare.
Team members are mostly helpful and friendly, although some may not quite be so welcoming.

Get coffee every day maybe 3 out of 7 ok Discovered 7/11 across the road they have bean coffee which is consistent every day and half the price just have to hop out of your car so that’s where ’m going now because Chelsea Heights Maccas inconsistent as ever when your paying $$ for coffee hit and miss

Late night visit after a few beverages. Was kind of disappointed it took over 10.minutes to get a chocolate shake from the time we placed our order. Seems a bit of a wait for one of the simpler items on the menu. Seems.to get a bit slower each time i order in store. What else can I say but maccas is pretty much the same everywhere you go.

The staff were very friendly and enjoyed my coffee, but I found it was not hot enough, just warmish as I like much hotter & did mention the hot water temp thermostat is too low.

Generally good but in the last week or so consistently the fries have been oily and a dark yellow as if the oil hasn’t been changed.hope you guys get it good as it was before

They worried more about there uber orders instead of people walking in to get there meals, had to wait for 5min just to get ice cream n frozen coke

This place is terrible i have ordered food through menu log and they always been cold or somethings missing from my order I ordered some last night and it took nearly 2 hours im very mad they don't put drink lids on right im going to give them zero stars its terrible

McCafe, the burnt non-coffee people. Greasy mcmuffin wrapping, which is never ideal when you are eating on the run. Just an all round bad experience

The staff at this McDonald's are very helpful and went out of their way to help me negotiate the new ordering system. It means a lot to us older people The menu is also becoming more healthier. I especially liked the Grilled Chicken snack wrap. I'm not sure how their fries rate but they sure taste good

It's a franchise, been to one, well they should all be the same, it's no better or worse than any other Maccas
