McDonald's Chadstone II

I found egg shell in my bacon egg cheese muffin told the front staff guy but seems the has not been trained to solve complaint disoppointed and that shell accidentally swallow by me half if anything happens to my body will sue them.seriously please take care this is serious store

1st time I could ever consider giving McDonalds more than a 1 star review, however for the 1st time in my whole life someone actually went above and beyond.my man, on the breakfast line. Keep it real my brother, your service is much appreciated and adored

This place is better than other McDonald's that I've been. This place is clean and service is good fast and food is I'm not afraid to say wonderful like real food not this cooked food

Was served by a staff name Katie today. She was lazy and did not want to serve customers at all. There was no smile and acting as if she didn’t want to work so maybe she shouldn’t be working there. She acted like we bothered her and keeps staring at us. Horrible attitude!

I was given soggy cold rotten chips and I went back and ask for fresh chips she took my food chucked it in the bin and walk away, she started to look at me and talk to a work friend, then when I was handed my chips she smart assinling said no worries mate. Disgusting

Always enjoy eating at Maccas! I find the food is consistently of high quality, their stores are generally clean, food preparation is hygenic and staff culture is positive and courteous upholding to the Australian ethos of a fair go for everyone. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for some of thier competitors where the food quality varies, the stores can be filthy and work culture and attitudes are often lacking.

Just like any other McDonald's. Service was good and food was of decent quality. Downside was that since its inside a food court drive through is not available and is always crowded.

One of the busiest Maccas I've come across. I end up going to a different food joint because of this - there are plenty of other options. Besides the wait, everything else is fine.

Ordered coffee here today, was delicious and unlike some other macdonald's i have purchased a cappucino from iti only had to wait 2 minutes for it to be served. Excellent speed of service considering chadstone shopping centre was packed and so was this macdonald's store. Next time your in a hurry and need a coffee on the run get it here so you dont have to wait in a que all day waiting
