Is the ice cream really that small now for $1.10.just wow
Tuesday 6.05pm 23/02/2024. Everything now is expensive

Had ordered some food before starting work, paid for an extra item in the burger. Did not receive. The muffin was rock solid and could hardly even bite into it.

Got a Frappe and had a tiny amount of cream on it which is ridiculous for the price you pay for a drink that is supposed to come with cream.

Tried calling the store 3 times and went to voicemail. Extremely unprofessional as i worked in Fast Food and know the expectations around customer service.

I would like someone to get into contact with me regarding a store credit to use in the future as i couldn’t speak to anyone directly.

Absolutely horrible service.

I'm pretty sure they forgot my order because I was standing in the crowd for so long.each person at the counter looked miserable and was barely audible when calling numbers. They need the TV that displays orders.

I had to wait for them to notice me asking for help, and then they asked me to repeat my order verbally and even then I didn't get extra pickles. I think 2 pickles on my whole burger. Sooo dry. Keep in mind I only got 2 items, fries and burger.

They also squished my burger into the smallest size bag, as you can see in the photo, it's all crushed one side. The packaging was also slick with grease. I know it's mcdonalds but usually the packaging is clean!

The fries were fresh and hot tho ig. Anyways as someone with anxiety this was a nightmare and I won't go back to this location.

Disgusting place at busy times. Stay away if you can!
My son and his friend caught salmonella from eating Chicken nuggets. Thanks for causing significant impact on their health and well-being.

Awful service. They literally throw the food bag at you and no smiles at all. We all know it’s not the best job on earth but are manners that hard to show?

Just want these legends to know that I appreciate them making my order fresh. Most maccas cant be bothered to do so. Shout out to the homies in the kitchen and the drive thru, we appreciate you

Chloe who was serving front absolutely ate and left no crumbs.she took the order right and was so nice! What a baddie.anyways thank you chloeee! Girl who was handing out the orders at 5: 00pm march 17th was kinda blunt and didnt give us tissues. 10/10 would come back again FOR CHLOE! IN CHLOE WE TRUST!

Monique is a very good barrister.she know's her coffee's and also make's a good strength Hot Choc. I give her 5 Stars.a rare talent amongst barristers

Iced frappé coffee. Chicken nuggets with cajun sauce and sweet and sour sauce.
Always a nice snack when one needs that coffee buzz.

As good as you can expect in a mall. Very crowded, however food was delivered quickly and had great quality.

Ordered and paid for my food, before being told that they "couldn't give me" 50 tomato sauce packets, as I had ordered, despite having more than 50 packets behind them. Why I was allowed to order, and pay for this, and then only be denied as I was collecting my food is beyond me

Better than most McDonald's. Although it can get pretty busy at times (mainly around lunch and dinner), the staff are hardworking and try to get everyone served as quickly as possible. The service is really friendly and the food is always great, especially the fries, nuggets and hashbrowns. The people who work on the fryer do an amazing job!

Good service when orders are accurate. However had a bad experience when an order was prepared incorrectly and the crew person refused to talk to the manager. Like most McDonald's restaurants, the food was not assembled very well with a patty half out of the burger, but that's to be expected from fast food.

So busy talking to another worker that I got regular milk not almond like I asked, didn't realise this until I was in my car. Not impressed at all.

Chicken wrap that was obviously not fresh as could not peel the paper off it, staff were not apologetic, very disappointing customer service.

Nice place to eat at with your family.the food's just like every other mcdonald's.it's not the best, but it's cheap fast food so it's popular.the actual shop caught my eye.it looks way better than the other ones you might see in a food court back at home, or on the side of the road.maybe it's because it's in chadstone?

That's the worst. There were no vegetables in the burger. I didn't order anything like that.she looks upset because she works holiday. There's no tissue in my bag. It's the best.

An extremely horrible experience for me at this store. I witnessed one of the managers (a pregnant woman in a dark T-shirt) yelling aggressively at a customer after he asked her how long it would take for his order to arrive. He was just asking a simple question in a normal way - she seemed to think he was yelling at her, but he wasn't. I then overheard her say he was a f***ing idiot to an employee. I was shocked to discover that McDonalds would allow someone like this to become a manager.

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER! Visited this maccas and Aidan/Adrian the “manager” was rude when told his employee was rude his response was “I don’t think she was being rude, she was with another customer” mind you there were no customers around lol. Then received FREEZING food and when asked for a refund another employee come to see what was going on obviously and all the “manager” had to do was laugh, then when confronted he continued to tell us that his employee was asking about his day? He should not be a manger and I will no longer visit this store as I feel intimidated by him and his employees attitude.

The worst. I waited over 30 minutes for a single menu item. (Mcmuffin).
Despite asking numerous times for an eta I was told it was 'coming' but never received any explanation or told it would be excessive wait. If I knew there would be a delay I would have ordered something else! This is not the first time, in fact the previous time I waited around 15 mins for an apple pie.with zero explanation. It doesn't help that the screen showing the order status is not working.
I understand this place is busy but it is absolutely horrific. I've never waited more than 10 mins at any other mcdonalds. They should close.
