Long wait for food.uber and menulog get first service.walk in customers are served last.then when i get my food the young girl with over sized eye lashes serving me threw my food and straw onto the bench and gave me a dirty look.and i hadn't shown any impatience on the long wait.figured she must have been having a bad day.doubt very much i will ever go to this store again

The staff are more concerned with having a chat than doing their jobs. We just ordered a large and medium meal through the drive through. When we got home we were missing the large chips and the medium were less than half full. When we called they offered a replacement and when we got there, the chips were shoved at us, no apology at all. You have lost our business. I am disgusted.

Was asked to wait in the waiting bay for drive through and after waiting 15 minutes I walked into the restaurant and waited another 5 minutes and my meal still wasn’t ready. No vouchers for inconvenience.
Very poor customer service and the shift manager didn’t really seemed to concerned.

Worst customer service ever came here with my friend a while back and this girl idk Alyssa or Alissa idk her name really but she was really rude and had an attitude when I asked about my coffee.

Many great alternative 24 hour maccas. This one is not a good store.
I ordered one thing and then got told to move to the next window. Why did you think I was done after the first sentence? You skipped the whole "anything else" part

Sorry for the negative review guys. But please put some effort in to preparing food. This is the second consecutive time we didn’t get what we order after waiting for a long long time. When we finally got our burger, it’s like chewing on rubber. Thank you for your service.

The toilets in there are DISGUSTING THEY NEED REPAIR, but the SERVICE was ok except the concentrate on the phone Orders then the People in the SHOP. JUST like every other TAKE AWAY STORE.

Known quality for a known price. Great place for a quick, casual meal offering clean modern facilities.

Got the wrong drink and no plastic straws so had to use paper ones which irritated my tongue

They very rarely ever get your order right in the drive thru so check the bag before you drive home or you will be sorry. Literally every single time - Im talking for ten years+. Shocking

Hopeless. Have ordered ubereats 4 times from this place. 3 out of 4 times they have messed up the order or the food quality is terrible. The last order was both! We didn't get half our order and the stuff we did get tasted nasty (Van Shake tasted like poison.). Don't bother

This place is up and down with its service sometimes they are great, fast service, hot fresh food, they get the order right, but last few orders, some things missing from order and quality of food is terrible.

As far as a McDonalds goes, it's pretty much the same as the rest of them. There have been a few times I've had to remind them I'm still waiting and they forgot to prepare my meal. But nothing too bad.

Fairly standard Mcdonalds affair, did not notice anything wrong with it, toilets decent, with selfe serve stations. Food and coffee came out quickly but wasnt at a peak time, parking a bit cramped but nice and close to a station, and everything else you could need around Boronia.

Not very efficient. Waited in line 5 minutes for nothing. But service is good after order taken.

They didn't have any spicy nuggets, or burger, a vouch for spicy nuggets or burger at a reduced price, would help with the disappointment.
My friend was served cold chips, she asked for fresh and got it which is good, but better if chips are hot in the first place.
Staff looked little bored.
The staff looked clean and tidy, the place was clean, and happy it was open.

Orders are always wrong in Drive Thru. Queues always long in resteraunt. Burgers appear as if they've been assembled by an air cannon. No time of day makes a difference.

Packed drive thru but worth waiting for. Horn fresh. Lovely girl at the window giving the meals. She was very apologetic.

Friendly staff. Very clean and quiet on a Saturday.
Led lighting was super bright and made the place feel modern and clean.
