McDonald's Boronia

After I go to Maccas, I always ask myself "why? ". Food is always lukewarm, badly prepared. I made the mistake of ordering a salad that consisted of browning lettuce and four tomatoes. Yuck. Boronia Maccas often has drug deals going on in the carpark.

When I went to order I was told no chicken. So decided on chips. Paying wasn’t a problem then the girl giving me the food said nothing, no eye contact then turned her back on me (low ponytail with plat). I decided to park my car and go in to put in a complaint, and even that was impossible. I waited five minutes. No one came to me so I just walked out and decided to complain and here instead

Got over charged and told the app has a price for a certain time, which was false and then given attitude by the kid that served me, like it was my fault I raised my concern.
MacDonald's as a company has dropped its quality and increased its prices, i don't enjoy their product anymore, and the only reason I went was because no other coffee shop was open.

It's fine as far as McDonald's go, but you have to specifically ask for tomato sauce or you don't get any. It used to be automatically included.

Ordered lrg meal got half a lrg chips. Happened last time as well. So I won’t go there again now. How hard is it seriously to get what you pay for? Every-time I order from Boronia either drive through or delivery it’s the worst. Anyone reading this, trust me you’re better off to go to the one on burwood highway instead, much better.

You never get what you order. Not once have they got an order right. Probably the worst MacDonald's in Australia. The management need to seriously address this issue.

Cold, half empty fries (again) and wasn't sure if my sauce was someone's leftovers or just really stingy there too.

Chips rubbish like soft shoe lase, burger chicken was cold it's like I was seating on counter for while and mayo lattuce everywhere in box and onion rings not worth 3$ definitely here. Staff no smile or greetings. It's like we asking for free food so much not happy with service or food (specially) please avoid this maccas guys. 1 star I give because there is no zero star option.

Coffee frappe was fine but I ordered 6 onion rings, what I got was a very small one and 4 larger ones equalling 5. And they were Luke warm.not pleasant St all and not very crunchy. I paid for 6 please don't try to rip us off more than you do already.

I ordered in store last week and got given a completely different burger.
Every time I order online i'm always missing something. Today it's half my meal. I don't know why I bother when I just know something will be missing and then can't reorder because Maccas always conveniently closes their Uber Eats immediately after. I feel delivery orders should be prioritised since once they leave the shop theres no fixing them but obviously Boronia Maccas doesn't see it that way and would rather their online customers suffer every time. Even as a once off I could look past this but it's every time I've had delivery from here

The guys working tonight (01/10/21) between 9 and 10pm were great. Dropped in on my way home from work and they were super friendly, burger was actually put together, wrap was fat and they even gave me a free large sundae! Top service. Food is way better than Tecomas

Never get the order correct which shouldn't be hard considering they made the menu. Always having to return to store once home because they have forgotten something or just got it plain wrong. Seriously just go to Wantirna or Ferntree Gully, at least they seem to know what there doing.

It was the neatest McDonald's ever. I honestly think this McDonald's does not have junkies hanging out in the carpark all the time. People have been shot there before. I heard the built the police station next door to try and control the place but Alister said that so who knows.

This place such a full of nonsense staff even manager was making fun. They don't care about customer. Really bad customer service I have ever seen. Busy with talking and clapping. Long wait. Even they didn't give me fork and knife.

Never actually been inside. I only made it as far as the parking lot to buy something of someone from gumtree. But nice place. I'm sure the food is good too.

Drive 10 mins to pick up my order, but was told mobile system fault and cannot do it. I think its not professional to blame it to MC faults. Becase you are work at MC and behalf of MC. Why I need to take all the lost. Bad day.

Waited in the waiting bay for 20 minutes when i had places to be, unacceptable service, shouldn’t be waiting 20 minutes if people do their job properly.alongside this people in front of me got their order before me

Ordered a Large Big Mac meal with a coke and received a very poor attempt at the burger with all the fillings in between the bottom two pieces of bun and nothing between the top two pieces of bun. The fries were lurk warm plus I ordered a sweet n sour sauce to dip them in which I was told was in the bag which it wasn’t and the coke was more like black sofa water an absolute joke. Deserves no stars at all

Usually a bit of a line through the drive thru but usually get through pretty quickly. Make sure you read you order when ordering had a few mix ups when staff have entered in order, especially using any sort of coupon code.
