McDonald's Blackburn

I can’t eat cheese due to allergies but the past 3 times I’ve ordered a burger with no cheese it has come with cheese. Tonight I ordered a quarter pounder no cheese came with cheese all threw it also didn’t have any onion or pickles in it

Always crave for McDonald's burgers every now and then. With their special deals which are incredibly cheap, it's even more enticing.
The $6 McChicken and Cheese burger meal today was great.

Hands down worst experience I have had at a McDonald's store. Ordered 2x Bacon &egg McMuffin combos. One with iced latte. The iced latte was sickly sweet upon first sip eventhough I did not ask for sugar to be added. So I took it back and the young lady at the McCafe drinks counter said too bad it comes with sugar, dismissed me, just went back to doing whatever she was doing. I asked politely whether I could perhaps have it made without sugar and she said sorry, no.

I walked off thinking "Wow, this is a new low McDonald's! ". And threw the drink in the bin on the way out.

But the worst of it is my daughter after having eaten like 3/4 of her McMuffin came across a long piece of hair in the cheese!

By this point I was fuming, but did not see the point in going back in to ask for another McMuffin because I mean, they'll probably say sorry the McMuffin comes with bits of hair

My daughter and I both are completely put off by this sordid experience and well it's bad enough I felt resolved to writing this review to warn others.

Absolutely useless! Most disappointing experience. Seems there is a real issue with the entire process. Its the only explanation for how they can get it so wrong - consistently.

Bad service ordered egg muffin and large chips, chips are cold and dry as if they were left out ones and the quantity of the chips are very less as if they were medium or small fries, but i ordered large fries. Are we not paying money to large chips? Why always you will give medium size fries. Very unpleasant and frustrating experience.

Literally so disgusting, picked up my order and there were literal bite marks in my burger and then had given me an empty chip packet.
I can't actually believe it, ratchet staff.

So shopped here today which is something I never do…. Sick kid at home special request…. My issue is the covid Marshall’s one named Amber who thinks wearing your mask on your chin provides adequate protection? Breathing all over the food! And the other dude didn’t catch the name wears his with his nose hanging out! Seriously your staff need to set an example and by the looks of it need education and shouldn’t be in the role if they can’t wear a mask appropriately. All others excellent.

Stale chips, mc bites and order stuff ups for days

Ordered a bacon and cheese meal and was given stale chips, stale mc bites and no bacon. I asked for a remake of only the mcbites and was greeted with an even more brittle batch. It seems like they threw it back into the frier to mimic a more "oil and fresh" feel but I could tell it was the same stale batch but with more oil.

Poor quality of food all around. I mean it is maccas but c'mon have some standards.

A McCafe Mocha provides the much needed caffeine hit with a luscious chocolate flavor at a reasonable price for a large mug size drink. Best served piping hot (bring your own bag of micro marshies to sprinkle in). Recommended when hanging out with friends out on a walk in nearby Blackburn Lake Sanctuary.

Awesome service, got a doublay qp with bacon and they forgot the bacon. Went back the next day and they replaced for free. 3 weeks later re-edit ordered a double cheeseburger meal with bacon, asked for it all fresh. Easily one of the best cheeseburgers I've had, and thats coming from a qualified chef.

Worst McDonald's branch i ever been to. Worst customer services. The workers wants to work for their friends not for other customers.

Drive thru ordered - missing 2 drinks for my6 meals order, when we back home and missing one burger, then go back and wait 10minutes for the missing burger! What a joke!

Very well staffed with good people.
Only 24hrs for drive through is the only problem if you don't drive and fancy a midnight cheese burger.

Usually drive through to get a morning coffee and the drive through has been closed so many times this year. Drive through wait period is so long, I literally finished shopping at woolies and my bf was still waiting for his order. When we finally got it it was wrong. So many times the chips are half full in a meal. Or parts of our order is forgotten.

Pathetic service, never got my order ready, always qsked to wait in waiting bays and i dont what a staff of 5 or 6 doing when they can't make a big mac on time.

I normally do not do this.
But after it taking 40 minutes to get our dinner tonight through this McDonalds drive thru and having a Caramel sundae a part of our order changed because they "don't" do that anymore then changed to a Caramel milkshake when we first placed our order by one person then when it came time to get our food after we ordered we then got told by another girl they "dont" do Caramel milkshakes anymore so do we want a Caramel frappachinno instead which wasn't a big deal so we said that was fine.
My first point is if a machine is out of order maybe tell your customers about it before they place their order to avoid this.
Secondly when you order drinks I thought it was a given you should get a cardboard cup holder we got passed our three drinks not even in one just saying not everyone has multiple cup holders in their car.
And to top it off i ordered a mcflurry which was under half full and runny i couldn't even eat it which is $4.50 by itself we paid $32.90 for this and when I opened my burger it was everywhere in the box.
Like I said I don't normally leave reviews like this but this experience was beyond a joke I think your staff could be more polite with how they communicate with your customers and take a bit more care when packing the orders.
Thank you I think I will give this place a miss next time.

Burger was cold, Big Mac had two meat paddies two different sizes one way to small. Bunch of young kids buggering around nothing seams to get done well or right.

Ordered a meal through menulog from this McDonald's. Was tracking the delivery process. Food was to be delivered by 6: 10pm, wasn't ready for the driver to collect until 6: 40. The driver came straight to our address a short distance away yet the food arrived cold, the fries were limp and stale, the burgers cold with the buns stale.

I get that it's McDonald's, you know, have a low to moderate expectation, but the food was atrocious. Will never bother with this one again.

24hr Maccas? Umm. I don't think so. If they are going to change their opening hours they should change it online, put up a sign or something so customers know. Closed at 2: 30am. I just wanted something quick and easy to eat on the way home after a very long drive. Ridiculous. Mad me so mad.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Ordered shaker fries but only got regulaf fries.and they were only 3/4 full, my McFlurry had less than half the normal amount of toppings and it came partially melted.bins were overflowing, staff had non stop personal conversations, and it just seemed rushed and careless. Went around 7: 30 on a Friday and there weren't even that many people there.
3 tables excluding me and a friend, and I peeped at the order screen which only had two orders going. So there was no excuse for the dodgy service.
I thought all Macca's were the same across the country but apparently not ‍️
