Great customer service, first time the manager has looked after us due to toastie machine being cleaned. Good experience

The shake machine is NEVER working at this place? Then, waited 15 minutes for a McChicken - they said they were making it fresh. Received a large beef burger meal instead. Took it back and waited another 10 minutes for the McChicken. 25 minutes for a single McChicken! No drink, no fries, just a burger.

The interior is nice enough, but the service is sub-par. I go here every so often and every time, they get at least something wrong on the order or the food is low quality. Although they get your orders wrong, they are quite good with the customer service, and if you had any problems with your food, you could ask them to re-do your order and they would go do it straight away.

So disappointing experience with the missing items (Fries with no salt, small chicken Mcpieces-6pc, medium coke with no sugar) for drive through.especially with this lockdown (curfew) I was waiting for my order at the waiting spot and could not get them for more than 15mins. I just walked into the store and asked for my order.they said they did not know I was waiting for the spot. I just picked up my order at 8: 40 last night and I realized that there were some missing when I got back home.it was too late to get back to ask the missing items.they don’t even answer the phone.

I arrived 3: 54pm, got my order st 4: 25, good work, joke around, and ignore customers in store

Late night food. Can’t go wrong. You can’t really give Maccas a bad review where they would really care anyway.

Ordered a large extra hot coffee got it just barely warm. Took it in & asked if they could put it in the microwave to make it hotter.
The girl took the lid off stuck a thermometer in it & said "its at 50 degrees" I said ok but I asked for it extra hot & its luke warm could you heat it up more please. She argued with me tipped it out & begrudgingly made another, which I never asked her to do. She then handed it to me & said its now at 60 degrees.
Such rude service at 4.30am with an empty shop!

Young staff that are to busy gossiping, to realise that they haven't served the customers. When they finally get around to doing so, wait times are ridiculous.

Used to order here regularly but over the last 6 months the food quality has declined significantly. Burgers dry, fillings sparse. Also Hot fudge Sundaes have been terrible, no hot fudge at all in some orders

Don’t even bother ordering through Uber eats, your latest delivery time will be pushed back 2 more hours and by the time you get the food it will either be wrong or cold or both. Waste of time for both you and the drivers waiting half an hour for your order to “accidentally” have been given to another person, every single time!

We waited 20 minutes for our order to be made (2 burger meals, 2 mcflurries). Service was awful with lethargic, distracted staff members. Really disappointing.

If you guys are not opening 24 hours, don't put ur self as open 24 hour in ur description. This is terrible experience as I went there 2 time but all they told is there kitchen is close.

I don’t usually write reviews but this store had absolutely ridiculous service. 28/2/2022 around 11: 45am.on the way to a meeting i decided to stop for a medium mc chicken meal and i thought surely i could get it through drive thru within the 20 minutes i had to spare.firstly the wait for a staff to take my order through the machine was so long but i thought it was fine because maybe they were busy.finally a lady took my order and i drove to the pay window, but the machine apparently broke and the staff went to get a blonde medium-large? Sized girl to “fix” it. “the machine is frozen it won’t be long” she said, then stood there laughing at the rubbish truck across the road and ignored me for the rest of the longest wait ever.my 20 minutes to spare was running out so i explained i was in a hurry asked if she could just cancel my order instead as i hadn’t paid yet anyways, but instead of understanding, cancelling my order and letting me go, she responded with attitude and said “it’s literally seconds away” so i didn’t want to be rude and just drive off but she then made me wait another 5 minutes.i even offered to pay in cash and with attitude again, she said “there’s no way to pay”, sorry then how were you guys operating for the indoor customers then? They could’ve just used the inside cash register if change was needed no?://
when the machine finally started working again she didn’t even apologise or say a word, she just chickened off to let the first lady who took my order to continue serving me.please review this staff, way to ruin someone’s day a simple “sorry about the wait i really thought it would be fast” would’ve been fine.the original staff who took my order also didn’t even apologise for the wait/inconvenience:///

As usual chain store service and quality is quite good and fast will make people come again and again.

This would be the worst McDonald's for drive through service, we go here regularly because it's our local and we have 4 kids and nearly all the time our orders are wrong, we go home and our burgers are missing or our order is wrong. Come on guys how hard is it to get a simple order right. Clean up your act.

The staff isn’t all that friendly and you’ll be waiting a long time in the drive thru but the food is always good and they always fill up the chips which is rare at maccas these days

The self-serve kiosk didn't print my receipt had to get the order number from staff. Don't eat here often as getting the orders wrong across the local franchises is an issue. When we got a delivery from the Ringwood storeand it was missing half the order I was told by the "manager" that she only has juniors on and "it happens".
So don't bother with the Ringwood store.

Used the toilets that are always clean. Don't really eat and McDonalds as a rule apart from the rare breakfast stop. At least the toilets are kept well and McDonalds maintain the standard.

Waited half an hour, didn’t deserve my order. They even say I didn’t order. After I show the evidence, she took my meal out of a menulog bag. The all 4 fries are cold. So horrible experience! I’m starving.

Extremely slow. I don't know what was going on in the store.perhaps covid staffing issues but nothing was communicated to us. After waiting 8 minutes at the microphone to confirm our preordered mobile order, we gave up thinking there was a problem with comms and drove forward. When we got to the window there was no one there. Finally someone came and confirmed the order. Then we waited more minutes at the serving window before they gave us drinks and sent us to the waiting bay where my phone timed out twice, 2 X 5 minutes, and I was tempted to enter the store as we thought they'd forgotten us. We came to this store because other maccas stores near us couldn't provide the full order. We won't be back to the Canterbury road maccas anytime soon.
