MAGGOTS! I don't want maggots in my food and i would like to receive my food fastly thats why it's called fast food. The people there are friendly but that doesnt make up for maggots

Came from the video that has LIVING MAGGOTS inside a burger in your McDonal's. Absolutely disgusting.

Me and my pregnant wife were enjoying the start of our meal when an INCH LONG COCKROACH crawled along the length of the table before disappearing into the couch we were sitting on. I told the manager about it, and he came to look for it but couldn't see it so then went back to work. If this is how there dining area is I can only wonder what the kitchen must be like! VERY DISAPPOINTED! WILL NOT BE BACK!

Just waited over 15 mins for 5 ice cream cones! While my family waited in the car in 40 degree heat! I was not the only one left hanging. I'm sure it could have been faster had the staff not been standing around talking & socialising while filling orders at a snail's pace. Lift your game! Very unprofessional!

Waited 20 min no meal. Went in to find out what had happened. Manager trying to avoid us lurking in the background. Another 15 min got our order. WRONG ORDER! Inside again. This time spoke to manager. Another 7 min order arrived. Was tge correct order BUT some items missing which of course didn't find out until we had left. Total stuff up.

Cold food and watered down cappuccino made by baristas that don't know what the word means. Yet more peddlers of junk.

Service was fantastic. Specifically the new guy Milan. Really tried his best to make a connection with the customers. Great job, Milan.

Gave me wrong burger and forgot to give me my small fries. I swapped my burger but at that stage I didn't realise my fries were missing from order so I ended up going hungry. Plus side burger was well made when I did get right one.

Terrible coffee, I wish they would stop false claims, coffee is as good as the Batista, this can not be the case in such a large organization!

Just go in. Get the food. Eat it. Feel bad about yourself. Plan on going back the next day or having it for dinner as well. Always the same.

Love Macdonalds just bilt terrable to stand an order an wait time can be 10 mins to 20 more. Drive TRU bilt terrable but quicker thought that service is ok if that dont forget something

Bought quaterponder and a big mac meals meals. It was obvious that the bigmac was considerably smaller than the last one i purchased. Queried with counter staff who stated that the pack had changed and going ny the namr Bigmac you do not expect it to be smaller than a quaterppinder
Will not be coming back for the rip off. No wonder mcdonalds matket share is failing.

Looking a bit worn and scruffy though, and I wouldn't seek out the toilets unless you really need to.

I generally like this place BUT! When I got a spider I got barely a dribble of ice-cream from the manager.

A very busy mc donalds and huge lines waiting.especially to get food after paying.kids play ground need a very good clean.very grotty
Wasnt happy to have to clean up other peoples waste to use tables.multiple table full of rubbish

Nice staff and good one.didn't know first day that we have maccas here and took coffee somewhere else.good location.most of the cafes are closed evenings but maccas not.good choice of good tooo.from next time yaa this would be my first point for coffee on my trip to lakes entrance.

Food was fine. Customer service from drive thru staff and even the manager was horrendous. They should all be fired. Manager practically threw the food at my friend in waiting bay. If you dont like your job or aren't doing it well, you should be fired.

Toilets were not great. Food was good. Playground was good. I prefer being served face to face than by machine, but maybe that's me. Lots of parking.
