McDonald's Bairnsdale

None of the employees and managers knew what a monopoly bundle was despite it being advertised on the app, on the drive through board and inside boards. None of the employees and managers would actually listen to me. Every single aspect of my order was wrong. I was given the wrong sauce for the nuggets, the wrong drink and it was at most half full, I asked for a m&m mcflurry with extra m&ms and was given less m&ms than on a normal one. The fries were cold. Extremely infuriating

A pretty good McDonald's in the range of the McDonald's out there. Sometimes the chips aren't fresh but usually not too old either. Drive through times can be long at times, especially late Fridays and Saturdays when we aren't in lock down.

Pathetic service! People ordered after us and got served with order before us. We could see a lot of service was enforce on drive through service.

Absolutely disgusted. Staff weren’t wearing their masks properly and when questioned they all looked at me blankly. Spoke to the Manager and she told the staff to place masks on properly, to which one member responded “they don’t fit properly”. Are you kidding me - we have been doing this for well over 12 months and you still can’t show some initiative and.act responsibly and with consideration for others. These people are serving 100’s of customers every day and have no respect for anyone. DISGUSTED, and going to the Health Department.

Quick drive through, friendly staff and the order was correct for a very busy drive through. Thank you team Bairnsdale.
Can't say the same for lakes Entrance- extremely poor!

Poor day. Took 20 minutes to get food, and in the end, they were having equipment issues - couldn't fry the second egg ordered, and admitted to being short on staff today.
Seemed to me that leaders were doing too much work

Worst McDonald's ever eaten the chips where under cook the meat taste Roar and off the baycon was definitely starting to turn or had been left out for too long someone needs firing over this I'm telling you your business is suffering because of this by letting this to carry on none of the locals eat here only tourists because they know no better and trust McDonald's as a good source of good food anyone that thinks this is good weighs more than 100 kilos no joke

Very disappointed from there service. Never recommend anyone to go there better try something else don’t go for this. Wastage of time wastage of money not worth. In drive thru it took 30 mins.

McCafe coffees here were fantastic, just be mindful as this place seems super busy all the time and can a little while for orders.

Combination of onsite cabins and van sites for tourists and the back area is for permanent residents overall a relaxed feel for the park. Has been run under several names before. There is a small inground pool onsite. Short drive to the sanctuary and badger creek weir.

24 hours McD is a life saviour if you don’t get dinner anywhere when you get late. The staff is very quick and humble based on the number of orders. They made fresh chicken nuggets for us which were yum

Standard maccas, flat softdrink and incorrect order received. Layout and parking were better. Food not so great.

Mc Donald's in Bairnsdale, the food is what you would expect from a Maccas, pretty consistent with all the other Maccas, but the service we got from Matthew at the counter was outstanding, another young lady delivered our food which was in full nothing missing. And then as we were wrapping up a lady named Maria asked us how our food was, spoke to us about covid measures they had in place and then wished us a great day. You don't get that from all Maccas. Thanks All.

Good staff most of the time clean and namaly fast service sometimes you'll sit in drive through for 5 mins before you get to order other times you grab your meal as you are driving past the window and you don't even have to stop most of the time a good maccas store

Sick of having to ring the store to let them know that they have given me the wrong order from drive thru.
Keep getting single MC chickens instead of double MC chickens, and then getting the excuse that it's because they don't have the correct packaging and
You always seem to be out of Fanta

Asked for two extra tea bags. Charged for it which is ok. The girl serving us just brought the teabags crushed in her palm no gloves nothing. It was disgusting and disappointing.

Very nice. Young man served us like we were at a real restaurant, very friendly. Toilets were very clean as well. A first for Gippsland. Yes Sale, Traralgon you need to get better.

Pools of oil in the box of the double cheeseburger. I usually enjoy the strawberry shake but this tasted artificial, yuk. Never again.

Bad service from rude arrogant drive through. Slammed glass sliding door on me when I spoke back to her after she verbally abused me and then refused to give me my order unless I went inside to collect it. Just because you're having a bad day doesn't give you the right to take it out on paying customers.
