Absolutely disgusted in the lack of choice of soft serve ice cream flavours. I was really looking forward to a chocolate soft serve however when I rocked up they only had Vanilla. Not happy.

Only been here on 2 occasions. First time Got a muffin as soon as they opened, it was stale and had obviously been left overnight. Second time they forgot my nuggets. Decent speed but this place doesn’t even have a toilet and barely any space.

My frappè was super fresh and so was my hashbrown shortouts to jake the blond one for having super service

My food went cold in seconds as the whole room was freezing cold! I think they have the aircon on instead of heater! One custumer even told the staff that the room is very cold but did not do anything. We did not even get to enjoy our breakfast.

It says is 24/7 but it’s actually NOT!
If u close in the early morning can u just update the opening time?

Not actually 24 hours, they don't have any signs saying they aren't taking orders, instead they make you wait, then you ask to order, they tell you to go to a different till then they ask their colleagues if they are still serving. And when they respond with a no they walk away

Probably one of the worst McDonald's stores I've been to in Melbourne. The restaurant was dirty, tables had not been cleaned, bins inside the store were overflowing and the service overall was exceptionally disappointing. At least the quality of the food was consistent with the rest of the experience.

The glass outside was too clear and in my excitement for a bigmac and a chocolate sundae and a mcchicken and a mcsausage and a mcBLT i tried pouncing through the window and stuck to it like a cartoon, one of the workers had to come out and squeegee me off the window!

Waited two hours for 3 meals only for the staff to refuse to make it and us having to reach out to our uber driver to see what the issue was. Why accept orders if you can't make them? Idk how a fast food restaurant could fail such a simple task.

I assume we don’t need check the items but I’m wrong. Miss 2 bottle of drinks from 3 meals. No sign of Pokémon cards running out.

How can you guys serving the food like this? Aren’t you should put it into a tiny paper bag? Some of the workers don’t even wear a glove when preparing the meal!

Never order deliveries in this branch! Especially when that Indian Woman Manager with grey uniform in the store! Because she only focus the walkin customers and just ignored the riders! She will tell the staffs just let riders to wait even tho our food was ready there for ages long! She is the worst manager I ever seen! Don’t even know how to manage it well! In the other way, When the Singh Store Manager man here everything is quick no matter how busy of the restaurant is! That’s pretty common if u always received the cold soggy fries or cold coffee here!

THE WORST MANAGER I EVER SEEN!

The popping in for a quick breakfast on the way to work is dead. This place is poorly run and filithy. Does this store have a manager?

Did not provide the food, only drinks on delivery. Was hung up on when trying to talk about it. Staff treat customers poorly when they do a bad job and can’t even fill an order properly

I have never gotten a correct order from this macas. This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in terms of service. They need to step up the training and management. I actively try to avoid this store when ordering online as well.
