Coffee is slow comparison yo other McDonald's.

I ordered a coffee on its own, I was number 149.

Food was getting promptly made.
There was nobody standing at the barista machine.

I asked, and was told to wait, that he was aware of the coffee order, and the staff would make my coffee soon.

However no. 160 with food came out before my coffee no. 149.
They need someone at the barista machine all the time. Coffee production is ignored. Lovely staff but prioritization is not up to McDonald's cafe standards.

This is not a one-off.
This happens every single time I order coffee at this particular McDonald's.

If you accidentally twist it, just push it and relax it and it will be resolved faster than taking western medicine!

Utterly chaotic. Order machines are mostly broken. Among the few that are working, no paper so no receipt and you don’t know your order number. Water dripping from the pipes above. Rubbish bins overflowing.

Store management is very poor at customer service, Ben the store manager (if that's really his name) think he can do whatever he want because he claims his mother and farther owns this outlet. Ben if you see this head office will be in contact to discuss your behaviour. BTW I asked if they knew you like you said and they didn't.

Scam! Ordered through the kiosk but it did not print a receipt and they refused to give me my food. Even after showing evidence that it has gone through on the app and bank transaction they didn't want to give the food which was only ONE burger.

Ended up leaving with no food even after ordering it. Seriously do not visit this place if you want your food.

The top piece of bread is missing no salad no sauce either, I took it back, unfortunately no apology and worse then that more then 20 minutes waiting still couldn’t get it back I left the shop I hop that they give it to person I nominated

We needed a quick early breakfast before heading out an this McDonalds was the only thing open. We had the pancakes and an Egg McMuffin. You order is placed through a kiosk which is convenient. There are a homeless people hanging out here sleeping.

MacDonald do not open 24 hours! Don’t go to MacDonald between 4: 00-5: 00. They’re closed!
Bad management!
They cannot take orders but they don’t closed the store or put up the signs to let customer know that they are not taking orders from 4: 00-5: 00. Let me stand there and wait for almost 10 mins. Very bad and unprofessional service. I have never reviewed a bad business before but MacDonald claiming to be a world wide restaurant chains and this is how you manage to treat your customers!

The staff here are very hardworking and smash out orders rapidly. No matter how busy they are, they remains friendly and welcoming.

Everyone in this review section are all miserable gimps and need to grow up and get a life This isn't a Michelian star restaurant you broke losers are a bunch of sooks. Btw this is best maccas ever goated store.

It takes them so UNBELIEVABLY long to make a single McCafe drink. Please train your staff better.

Do not come here if you're claustrophobic, this McDonalds is tiny. There is nowhere to stand and it is such a hassle to try make your way to the counter to collect your order.

Waited 45 minutes for an apple pie. Not that I knew that was the misding item, I was just left to stand there sondering what's going on. Ridiculous. How can a "fast food restaurant" take so long? The food is phoned in, the customer service is non-existant, if they're not fast either then what's the point of them anymore?

IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY NEVER GO THERE.
I waited 10minutes for a small chaï before I go to ask for someone to run the mcCafé but she finally came 10 minutes after. She did my Chai latte in 30 secondes, I choked with the powder. Had to throw it out. It was disgusting. I'll definitely never go to that mcCafé again.

Ordered a sprite and got a mineral water. I know it’s a busy store, but at least try to make sure you give each person the right drink. Compared to Sprite, mineral water is disgusting. Waste of my money!

They are always busy and under staff. Staffs look so tired and in urgent everyday. I think that is why the service is delayed and bad. They try their best but too many people visit that place. They need to hire more people I think.

Maccas is Maccas. Anyone that says the food is tremendously different to another Maccas is having a bad day or kidding themselves. I will say that this place is FILTHY at night - that's any night, not just weekends. Randoms sleeping in every corner and sometimes on the floor. Maybe they need to hire some security?

Staff just stand around talking. I waited sooooo long to be served. When I said am I invisible, they laughed at me.

To make matters worse from an already bad experience the server Elisa was soft talking. When I stated I was partially deaf she went even softer and was smiling at her collegues.

I thought this to be so rude and discrimanatory. Does she treat all deaf people like this?

To make it even more worse my Quarter pounder had no pickles, no onion, the quarter pounder beef pattie was smaller than other mcdonalds. I not had one in 3 years, thought maybe different. Buns so small. The large chips were not even gilled up. It was more of a small chips and I PAID MORE.

My order number was 146 at 6.15pm 3rd Feb. Elisa served me after long 15 min wait.
I wanted to put my reciept in the bag.

I went to put my reciept in bag but Elisa took it off me and kept it. So mo reciept but rembered all my order and number.

Always Chaos. Been here a few times now and this place always seems to be in disorder. Customers not getting tickets after ordering with nobody fixing the machines, so it just continues. Many people getting the wrong food and it seems nobody empties the bins at this place.
Its not the staff's fault, im guessing minimal training was provided and mcdonalds pays them peanuts.

The fact that Maccas is one of the only few suppers places in Melbourne cbd, having received cold (rock) fries every single time I order is totally ridiculous.

It’s not the rider’s fault or anything, they picked it up and delivered within 10-15mins of ordering. The fries feel like they’ve been sitting there for over an hour.

Come on maccas spencer st, you’re a fast food joint. Keep up to your basic standards please, you’ve got one job lol

I got scam by Mc donal spencer.
I did order from shop machine and my money has already cut. After proceed payment machine went wrong but still work and approved has shown.

I got all prove and evidence of my payment from my bank and also shop's machine that it has proceeded my payment

Shop manager name 'May' refuse to give me a food but I do need a food.

I have to order it again and made a complaint by email twice to ask my refund from first order.

Manager who reply me name 'Yiping' refuse to give my refund and ignore to reply me even I showed evidence.
She refuse and has no responsibility that happen by the shop

It was a scamer. Machine went un functional properly many times and they never close the machine which broke or un function.
