Wow! I was going to put a photo of the burguer that i was served last night, but it seems that everyone is on the same boat, and managment does not even care to reply reviews.

I would like to THANK Bharti at McDonald store. She understands customer service and customer care. She was very courteous to help me save a whopping 25% on my bill. THANK YOU so very much for your act of kindness and caring about clients.individuals like Bharti dont come along very often.

Poor customer service. The manager Prispindar was extremely rude and disrespectful. We had made an order and paid for our meal but was told that they never received our order and asked us to leave.

Appalling service.

Good Maccas, chips and nuggets are crispest! Unfortunately we have items missing or wrong in the order about half the time. Usually it is the front leaving out a burger. Especially when the order isn't particularly crazy. Three meals plus some nuggets isn't hard in a drive through with one other car. I am very patient (as I'm a former employee of McDonald's) and usually just go in. Idk if some people are being worked too hard, or there is complacency. It happens with both managers and regular crew are running for DT.

Absolute joke, BETTER CHECK YOUR DRIVE THRU ORDERS. They'll stuff it up, too late you are en route. Throw it out, wrong order or forgot to complete the order, excuse was OOPS, WE ARE BUSY!

Few maccas stores around me but this one is by far the best in terms of food quality, fast service and customer service!

The Real Coffee Shake had bit too much ice for my liking concealing the coffee taste of the shake. Besides that hash Browns were tasty and less oily. Friendly staff too.

Nice staff, quick service.
The lettuce in my salad was wilted and brown in places, the petrol station smelled of.petrol.

They girl just served me cold chips.i asked for fresh ones and they re heated the chips and they gave them back to me.this is ridiculous.i am never returning

Terrible service made to wait in drive through for nearly twenty minutes and still got no food because of their attitude not happy

They forgot to put in my meal in my McDonald bag.they only put my mum and sisters food but they only gave me my coke I didn't get any hash brown or my sausage and egg mcmuffin.

Maccas is maccas. At the end of the day, they're all the same. This one knows how to crack an egg in a breakfast muffin, unlike some others!

Not happy at all. Ordered in drive through, was directed to park and my meal would be bought out. Waited, waited, waited. After 20 minute of waiting, went in to find out where my order was. Chaos was reigning. Questioned my order, Questioned when I ordered and tried telling me my order would have been delivered to me. Then begrudgingly gave me my order. Disgusted!

Friendly staff, especially considering the pre-dawn early morning time. Glad they were so pleasant otherwise I'd have been waaayyyyy more annoyed at the fact I I was givven a plain sausage McMuffin instead of the egg & sausage variety I ordered and paid for!
The two women I delt with were genuinely nice which was honestly refreshing compared with the majority of visits to Maccas I've experienced lately. Always encouraging to be served by genuine staff

Consistently terrible, order boards don't work and it is always full of rude delivery drivers that have no respect.

The staff probably do the best they can,
I presume the failings are at the franchise/owner level.

Try Center & Warrigal Rd instead, can be busy though.

They put rotten apple into my kid’s happy meal. Today is 26th and the apple has use by date 24 Jan. Luckily it looked so terrible and I instantly found it was wrong before my kid had a chance to open them. I can’t believe a big chain like McDonald’s would do this.

Best McDonald's. I go everyday for my daily frap. Plus it's the only McD's that has never once said the frap machine is broken or getting cleaned unlike a number of other McDonald's around melbs. The staff are so nice and super friendly. So this is too all the excellent staff I see everyday, great job, you all rock. Always a great start to my day.:)

Disgusting service. Imagin waiting 15 mins for 1 frozen drink while the staff stand around chatting to each other. I left and asked for my money back as did several other people at the same time. More like a circus than a restaurant. This experience has turned me off mcdonalds all-together

I always go to this McDonald's because I think the staffs are friendly. But tonight I've had bad experience with the manager. His name is Ganesh. He was very impolite. His service was so poor. I don't understand why he's a manager as he doesn't even know what's good customer service about. I wanted to give 5 stars but my experience tonight changed my mind!

Do yourself a favour and go to the one in Ormond instead. The quality is horrible even for McDonald's.cold fries, poor coffee, shells in the mcmuffin and the list goes on
