This was a great visit! Enjoyed the playground and the cone with a flake was lovely on a warm day.

Food cold and the two cheese burgers were squashed and mangled. Looked pathetic. How can they sell this to a customer? Tried to call the store three times but no answer.

I’d highly appreciate the all day menu having a mcchicken on it. 10.30am is just too long to for wit when hungover, or when you have a baby that doesn’t sleep which is essentially the same thing. Can’t fault the deliciousness though

The burger was so bad it was burnt and awful and the person cooking it would have know how bad it was but still slid it thru the front end team

I took it back and they offered me a few vouchers to make up for it and have me a decent cooked burger, after all I was on my way to work and had to go back after work to take the burnt burger back to them to show them how bad it was oh and the bun was HARD!

other than that, I take my client there often to buy them food which has been acceptable since the last experience

Coffee was cold, food was cold and on top of that it took 15mins, avoid this place, I asked the young lady could she make me a hot coffee as I used the machine and edited my order for my coffee to be extra hot and it was like I asked her to sacrifice one of her children, place is a disgrace and the staffs attitude towards customers are disgusting

For a McDonalds it's actually pretty good I went there and it wasn't extremely loud for once the food is just McDonalds you know what to expect but considering it's a McDonalds I'd say it's pretty good

Hit and miss with the coffee but still keep coming back but today's coffee. NEVER AGAIN! Sour barrista and half a coffee.

Waited in the car for 12 mins for my toastie. Finally went into the store and they had totally forgotten about it. The manager refunded me when I requested it but never spoke a word let alone said sorry.

This maccas has the best service and food in the area also the kiosk portals actually work very clean great for kids.

No hello or thank you when about to pay.
Another employee just told me to park and wait, again not the slightest acknowledgement or hi.
Disappointing service.

Nothing has changed since i have visited this place same old rude lady manger she’s neck on this shoulder. Order never ready on time what’s up with maccas these day?

McDonald's experience is always the best and obviously the fastest when compared to other fast food services.

Very cool how one person works, while the others all stand around chatting to friends visiting the store, or standing in the the way of the one worker, chatting to each other.

The staff are so so rude in particular 2 of the young girls that work there who have a lot of attitude. The food is good, managers are good but the store is being let down by staff who seem they don’t want to be there or be nice to their customers. I will follow up with the store and these girls names.

Really bad quality…ordered large fries in the morning and the chips were stale, tasted like old chips. The coffee was quite watery too. But I guess what can you expect from a petrol station maccas?

If parents planning to take thier kids and having a good time better not to go in this place.
We decided to take our kids at Mc donalds after the last day of the soccer season but instead of having fun kids were gettin anoid by Mc Donalds stuff te be quiet in play ground due to can not hear the frive through order, Mc Donalds get fixed your equipment set up instead of come and tell kids to be shush.

Yet again I find myself giving a 1 star review to a Macca’s. Last time I come here to get a coffee on a Saturday morning. Music is blasting out, staff surly and dining room filthy - manager obviously not doing their travel path. It might not be much but you have just lost a regular $5.80 order - now imagine if 5 people a day or 35 people a week decide to take their money elsewhere - then times that by 52! - it’s called profit leakage people!

Full disclosure - I used to be an Assistant Manager at a high volume Macca’s while I was at University, and will be forever grateful for the opportunity it provided me. Whatever happened to QSC&V?

It should not take too long to get a coffee when 9 or more people are working in store. 2 or 3 of which are busy gossiping.

Maccas wasn't my first choice. Sadly the BP machine wasn't working.

Manager should teach crew about customer service and how not to gossip and stand but actually attend customer. It's good to ask how staff is doing but customer service is equally important.

Came in a little before 10pm tonight (10th July) and the staff from the manager to the burger cook were super nice and accomodating - thanks for the extra pickles man, you’re the real deal️

This is a pretty decent little McDonald's, service is consistently good and in my experience orders have pretty much always been correct, I Recommend this McDonald's if your after something to eat on the go.
