The people who's working at the counter is clueless. Asked for 3 schezuan sauce for my 24 nuggets and they gave me sweet and sour. Asked them to change again and they gave me Cajun sauce. Actually clueless

Disgusting service, wasn’t even busy and heard the manager tell the girl on front counter “stop serving these people they can use the kiosk”. I had cash so there was no possible way i could order with out going to front counter.one person in kitchen, no drive thru and still apauling service.fix ur staff.

This is my go to McDonald’s. I have a sentimental attachment to it. Is the food any better than any other McDonald’s? No. Absolutely not. Every time I go is it unclean? Yes. Are they self serve kiosks always broken or malfunctioning? Of course they are. Do I still frequent here? Also yes. I can say that the food was fine and relatively quick. Three stars because of my attachment to this place. Living for the days I get to eat here.

The customer service last night was disgusting so rude and aggressive anyone who comes here be warned these people hate their job

The service was delayed and after eating a cheese toast with literally solid cheese slice the and don’t know how old bread the stomach went bad

Dining room was horrendously dirty, staff were rude and not helpful at all and worst part the food was disgusting

Visit at your own risk. Lots of shady characters around this area. But hey, it’s McDonald’s, at least you know what you’re getting.

Who waits almost 20 mins for egg and bacon muffin when you're the only order there. While staff and manager just talking amongst themselves

Only for the Coffee. Ankita is a good barista. She makes sure the coffee is done properly. I've seen this service earlier too but I've seen others who don't do as good of a Job in making a decent coffee.

Customer service was poor and seriously lacking, i definitely think a shake up of staff and management is needed at this restaurant, we definitely will not be back anytime soon.

Friendly and quick service. Nothing wrong with the food either. The reason for the low score is actually probably out of the restaurants control but there is a lot of abusive bogans that hang out outside the restaurant abusing passers by and asking for money. It's quite off putting actually.

This McDonald‘s customer service is really poor compared to others in Melbourne. The only reason why they can still open is because of the location it based. When you made complaints about food, the manager of this store will use excuse saying “the food quality we provided here is standard, if you used to get food with much higher standard quality from other Macdonald. You were just lucky in your previous experience. “ For anyone want a quick meal near here, I suggest other fast food shops instead of this one. Really disappointed!

Crew was professional, fast and friendly.upstairs dining was incredibly tidy- overall, i’m quite satisfied.

Guys seriously they know they have bad services and 'average' foods. Do they care? Write your complaint with details to the head office and stop coming here and preach it to others. Then everyone's happy again. They get to keep the grumpy face and yummy foods all to themselves. C'est wonderful, c'est beautiful

Had to stop going here because I was constantly harassed by the homeless people directly outside

The customer service was not up to par. The chick at the Mac-cafe took her sweet time creating a build up of customers waiting on drinks. My partners food was cold when he finally received it. Only thing going for this place is the location. That’s literally it.

I was bought a soften ice cream, the ladies was not service realy bad, she put a ice cream in a bin with unhappy face to me
