I give 5 stars at every decent place I visit but this get one because where the toilet omg get a toilet

Food tasted awful and undercooked, place smelled like urine, cashier didn't know what ketchup was.

Went to buy dinner for myself and kids yesterday night. I had an amazing experience ordering - there was a guy named Chetan who guided me to order the right way and was very helpful to hand over the packet to me once ready quite quickly:)
Overall it was a great experience for me.

This place needs to be shut down! It’s absolutely disgusting! There was poo all over the toilet door, food and ketchup all up the stairs, it absolutely stinks in there. I can’t believe this place is even allowed to be open!

McDonald's but in the city.

It's dirty, service is poor, tables looks like it hasn't been cleaned in ages. Food was alright but the atmosphere of the place made me lose my appetite

Came on a quiet Sunday afternoon and the toilets were really bad. Hard to enjoy your meal after that experience.

Why are the ordering machines always broken and yet you have just 1 member of staff taking orders at the slowest pace possible. Either fix your machines PROPERLY or hire more staff as this happens CONSTANTLY!

Maccas is usually Maccas, but this time, I wasn't that impressed.
The fries were cold when they're usually hot. The Big Mac was thrown together with very little care.
Upstairs was clean, but how about encouraging people to eat up there instead of the usual "grab" n'go"? Turn on the TV'S, make it inviting.

Never had a problem with this McDonald’s. I do see staff getting a bit harassed by the public at times which is a bit concerning for them

All I got was 2 soft serves, so they can't fail that, and being very busy, they still kept up well

Got medium fries, they were cold and had some questionable looking fries in it and were extremely heavy on the salt.the service was ok (not the best, but not the worst I've had from macca's) but the kiosks dont work (no receipt printed).

Convenient as it is located near flinders, great for a post train feed or for pre footy game snack.upstairs area great addition with great view of the city and lord of the fries the scumbags.

Need to fix machines properly or hire more staff. Tired of entering my order into screens only to find payment is broken then having to queue with 15 other people to pay at the counter

Women's bathroom was appalling. Toilet paper scattered from one end to the other, blood on toilet seats, no toilet paperexcept what was on the floor. When i told one of the staff she didn't even know what to do. Very bad experience.

The service was quick. It's always best to order from the machine. Also a good idea to remember the order number displayed since the receipt doesn't always print. This store does tend to get crowded due to the location.

Had just a Chai Latte there but service was fast. Dining area was a bit crowded cause the upstairs one was closed.

Tried to jump in the toilet like super duper mario and the bloody thing bust open! How will i get underground? Let that sink in.

Bit shady.saw two blokes walk out of a single toilet cubicle. Couldn't access family baby room as it was locked.

I often stop here while out and about.
Customer service is ok, however there is definitely room for improvement.

Food wise, the food is not too bad, fries are mostly fresh. However the wait times can be hefty

I'd recommend ordering online when it's busy

Otherwise not too bad
