Good experience for the first time visit. Friendly Receptionist and doctor. I was well attended. Happy to visit the clinic and nice atmosphere. I can recommend and I'll visit again next time.

Got my Covid vaccine today. Very efficient operation. Everyone was pleasant although the receptionist was a little abrupt because I wasn't wearing my facemask (because the Covid is running rampant in Melbourne) but she came around once I put it on.

This is my first appointment at this Medical Surgery, I found this practice to be professional and well organised.

No problem checking self in. Dr de Souza as always polite & thorough, BP checked, medications checked. Received flu shot & was booked in next month for first Covid shot. Would not go anywhere else.

Had my Covid vaccine at the McDonald Street Medical Centre yesterday afternoon. First time there for me. Very well organized process for checking in, registration documentation, waiting room before and after, and more importantly: the vaccine was well administered as I did not fee anything!
However, they could check with their website management as I registered as directed 3 weeks ago, but kept receiving reminders 3 times a week on my email and by sms to register and fill forms again and again.
Medically 5 Stars, but probably IT management 3 Stars only, making an average of 4.

Dr Chan is a fantastic GP. I’ve been seeing him for 3 years and under his care my quality of life has improved hugely. I cannot recommend Dr Ray Chan enough. Thank you Ray! Gayle in the office is also a Powerhouse of Administration. Thanks Ray and thanks Gayle and thanks to all at McDonald Street Medical for your life changing assistance.

When we entered the medical centre we were greeted by friendly, helpful staff and the nurse and doctor were extremely professional, informative and caring. First time attending this centre, however we will return.

Very happy with the friendly and attentive service. Not my usual clinic but had to go there for my COVID jab. The appointment ran to time, a rarity for a medical practice. Overall very impressed.

My husband and I had an appointment at 3.20 L was a bit nervous as I have already had a stroke. We were given forms to fill out and waited for the jab THe nurse was so lovely and the doctor explained everything very clearly neither of us have no reactions at all in fact I played golf the next day highly recommend GO for it

Really friendly service from the entire team and Dr White is by far the most thorough, considerate and understanding GP I have ever been to.

Had the first covid injection everything went smoothly and waited 15minutes after with no reaction

I've been going to this practice a few years - the reception and admin staff have been friendly and efficient. I usually see Dr Chan who is kind, patient and thorough.

Dr. Raymond Chan is the most attentive, respectful and caring doctor I have met. He has helped me get on top of so many health concerns with his wealth of knowledge and passion for what he does. The reception staff and nurses are absolutely wonderful - I feel so grateful to have found such a brilliant clinic. Cannot recommend highly enough!

First time visiting here. They were so kind also it's very clean inside. I feel very lucky living near by this medical centre.

Had an emergency with my sons breathing while over an hour away from home. I called up as i drove past and the receptionist said i could come in. They were quick, accomodating and worked well with my son who is autistic and just all round lovely staff! Thank you so much.

I’ve been going to this GP clinic for a few years now & I see Dr White. She is fantastic & I highly recommend her. She is very genuine & caring. Very easy to talk to. Love their recent renovations. Highly recommend.
