First time visiting the clinic with My LO and I was very happy with the beautiful ladies at reception:)
Very kind and friendly:)
We saw Dr Chan, and I cannot believe how attentive, compassionate and very thorough.
He even played some wiggles on his screen for her to look at while he examined her which was a magical touch! He really went out of his way to make my little 2 year old feel comfortable, which he succeeded!

We were fitted in as a new patient very last minute as our usual surgery couldn't fit us in. Dr Chan was very caring and understanding. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

My family and I have been going to McDonald St Medical since moving to Mordialloc in 1984. We have always felt as though the medical and reception staff care about our health and well-being. They care.

I can't praise the staff at McDonald Street Medical Centre more highly. Especially Dr Bo & the lovely duty Nurse (sorry, I didn't get your name). Having just flown in from overseas, and recently out of quarantine, I was finding it very difficult to secure a willing registered vaccine provider to add my immunisation details to the AIR. These two professionals made me feel welcome, I recieved very prompt service, and by the time I walked home my details had been added and I can now enter any establishment without having to convince staff I am vaccinated.
Thank you both for making it such a "non-dramatic" event in what was leading up to a very stressfull time. Very much appreciated.

McDonald Street Medical Centre,
On the second day after the first dose, dizziness, nausea and feeling sick, and on the third day, just dizziness and feeling sick, gradually subside and continue for a week. The day after receiving the second dose of vaccine, I had a little pain in my arm and some discomfort, but returned to normal by the third day.

Received my second Pfizer vaccine here today and the team were so friendly and welcoming from reception to the wonderful doctor and nurse. I’m frightened of needles but was reassured and told to think about my footy team, honestly didn’t feel a thing and didn’t have the anxiety afterwards that I normally feel.will definitely return and recommend. Thanks team!
*edited to add* my appointment was or 4: 40 and I walked out the door by 4: 55, so efficient!

Receptionists not too friendly however the lady who did my injection was an angel. So kind, knowledgeable and friendly

Can’t speak highly enough of the team at McDonald Street particularly Dr Ferguson. Good to have confidence in your GP, he has experience and is thorough and I’m glad he takes the time to read your medical notes and discuss things.

I have been seeing a Doctor at the MSMC for more than 20 years. I could not recommend them more highly. My Doctor, Roxanna White has a caring ear and disposition. As long as I live in this area I would not go anywhere else.

Pretty disgusting how you won't offer second dose covid vaccine appointments to new patients. You have heaps of appointments next week. Give them to the people who want to be vaccinated and keep the community safe.

The doctors at McDonald street Medical centre are so knowledgeable and caring. Their professionalism is much appreciated as they have cared for my parents, me and my children. Thanks for caring for us.

As usual the best service. Dr. Chan is such a kind hearted and honest doctor, I love also the energy at Reception Gayle is so lovely. And obviously Andrea the nurse which makes me feel so comfortable every time I have to get a vaccination done. Well done Team. The Hintons love you)

Always just a pleasure. Gail and Nicole are just wonderful. Doctors are lovely and take the time to see you. Just all round lovely people helping you when you are in need of a Dr.

I saw Dr Brian Sun and he was very thorough in my examination. I was very impressed with my consultation.

Amazing care old time patient here went for my second vac Avon time whole thing took 20mins including 15 mins after vac fantastic care they have to totally down full vac now

Although we are not patients here we have had our Covid vaccines done at this practice, the staff that greet you on arrival are lovely

Have just had my first dose of Astra Zeneca vaccine at the McDonald Street Medical Centre and they do it very well there. Everything is explained with documents given to me for later referral. Nurses and doctors are very friendly and professional.
