62 Extremely poor service!
Employees keep contradicting each other. Dealerships keep contradicting each other and no help from your closest dealership if you bought your vehicle from somewhere else!
After sale service sucks! Be VERY careful of where you buy from! Wish I knew it earlier!
Nearing my 12 month relationship with my 2018 CX5 Akera, Soul Red. Such a smooth & beautiful ride, and packs a punch with so many luxuries. I am planning to upgrade if an upgrade or new generation of the CX5 is released. In my next purchase I will check to see if Mazda spray the inside of the door sill Ruby Red. Currently it's an ugly red. Very poor Mazda Japan, bloody poor. Such a nice vehicle and taking a short cut like this really spoils it. I will certainly remind myself not to go to Essendon Mazda to purchase or go to South Morang Mazda to service my vehicle. Once bitten twice shy. I am still waiting for my customer satisfaction survey from South Morang Mazda after my first service. I might try Max next which is closer to home.
