Mayday Escape Rooms

Great space hosted in the creepiest spot for an escape room ever. The team behind the room are super passionate, friendly and enthusiastic and made it a great experience. Would recommend!

Super friendly staff, amazing escape rooms (we did 2!) and we loved the puzzles in the gift shop too! A must when you’re visiting Beechworth. Can’t wait for more rooms for when we come back again next time.

We did the Room 745, it was great fun and quite unique compared to other escape rooms. Highly recommend adding this to your Beechworth stay.

We had a great fun time trying to solve the murder. We were travelling with my step dad who requires a wheelchair. Tim was fantastic at explaining our options and told us that they could accommodate us. We had 2 rooms as there were 10 of us so raced each other.

I highly recommend adding this on anyone's to do list when up in Beechworth

Wonderful escape room, staff were great and we had a ball doing the pharmacy room. Would recommend if you are in town to check it out!

Brilliant escape room, was perfect for the whole family. Everyone from our 8 year old up got involved and had a ball.

Please don't miss this game. Tim and crew are amazing. Timer will fly away when you are immersed in solving the mystery.

I had never done an escape room before, and I didn't think it would be my thing.how wrong I was. We did the pharmacy room as a group of 5 and it was just so much fun! The building used is the original Pharmacy of the asylum which adds an element of spookiness. The staff are awesome too. Can't stop telling people about it:)

This is a MUST do in beechworth! It was BRILLIANT! 10/10
My husband and I absolutely loved the rooms! We also did the buried alive experience which was so great too! We did the murder mystery one first and we were so impressed we called up that same day to book in to the other room, we had so much fun! The staff were fabulous! A huge thank you to Tim & Jespah they were absolutely amazing definitely coming back with the kids! We cannot wait for the new room to open:)

Wonderful happy and helpful team who really set your adventure up perfectly. We have never been to an escape room before, so we were novices but we eventually managed to find the correct name of the murderer (with a little help!). Love the detail they go into and the really cool gadgets you have to learn how to open in order to reveal the next clue! Just a wonderful experience. Thanks guys you were amazing!

Fantastic! First of all, the room we did was literally in the old asylum, in the pharmacy, so five stars already for the atmosphere. The puzzles were well thought out, respectful of the history of the place and just a lot of fun to do.
Tim and ‘The Matron’ were awesome - great customer service and just really lovely to talk to. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

Highly recommend the Pharmacy escape room. Great fun as a family. Just the right amount of challenge, history and authenticity. The historical building it is located in is perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed it!

Need to go back to do the next one!

Tim and his team were fun, friendly and fantastic. He was able to take our last minuet booking. The large selection of games to buy is great but what is better is thatTim was so helpful on giving great recommendations based on the type of co-optive games my friends and I like.

My friend and I were so impressed with the Pharmacy escape room from the decor to the well thought puzzles.

Can't wait to come back to Beechworth to do this again!

The best escape room we've ever experienced! Staff were so friendly and helpful. The escape room itself had a great story and lots of tricky clues to crack.
So many cool and creative puzzles for sale, including some that were locally made.
There was also a feeling of respect and dignity for the history of the old asylum.
Will absolutely recommend to all ages as well.

What an experience! Mayday Escape Rooms is set in an old Asylum (seriously, how awesome is that?) and you feel truly immersed in the whole experience from the moment you pull drive along the windy road leading into the grounds. The Pharmacy room has been spectacularly designed. We've done lots of escape rooms and this one really is one of and kind and not to be missed!

10 out of 10. They did a great job. And the room we tried was very well thought out and the puzzles were awesome. Couldnt fault them at all.
