27 Incompetent and in disarray. Keep calling my partner early in the morning, with "opportunities" for woeful minimum wage jobs, all over Victoria, even though she keeps informing them that she already has a job, in her home town.
Idiots using an idiot system.
They are great at condescension and speak like a well rehearsed script! The 20-something so called employment consultants have absolutely no idea what they are doing. They are disrespectful, incompetent and unprofessional. Avoid them!
I have been out of work for more than 2 years, these guys have not only helped me to find work, but have also given me the confidence to change careers. Assistance was great.
Love the assistance I have just received! Staff are friendly and go out of their way to get you a job. Helped me pay for my course, and find work. They have really changed my life.
Can't stand these people. I honestly think they go out of their way to make me feel like my health and children aren't even worth the air we breathe. I am constantly being suspended for nonsense because I can't get to an appointments made at times I have to drop off my children to school and then recently told that being hospitalised was not a good enough reason for missing an appointment I mean really how pathetic.
Terrible service and the manager needs to realize she needs to not treat people like a child and speak to them with the right tone and not talk over people.
IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD.
VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I GOT.
The 10 stars i would give to now is the person i currently have.
Not naming names as that would not be right for me to do so.

3 days a week for an hour a day you are obliged to look for jobs that you will never get and then you are told you are not trying hard enough, they recite trite 'platitudes' about job-searching which are supposed to motivate you but have the opposite effect. What an absolute waste of time! The staff are a motley crew of amoral government outsourced bullies, more interested in keeping their sad positions than doing the right thing. The one star is for the decent facilities, that's it!
