Change your job provider immediately max is so dodgy. Empty promises, wasting your time, asked about my personal life. Contacted centrelink letting them know they didn't assist in getting me a job and booking me into bogus seminars that don't exsist. Even sick with covid they still call to harrass me about reporting my earnings. My pay day will not be yours. This company has done nothing. I cannot believe they are still allowed to operate. Reported to the department. So glad centrelink have released me from.this despicable company

And you should be very concerned by what has been raised, however the presumption made is that I was the primary target, I wasn't, it was my colleague. You would do well to look very closely at DH and further to that you would do very well to look at DM and query if any concerns were raised at any stage. Have fun.

I’ve only had to deal with these people a couple of times & both times have been extremely helpful and friendly. My son is also affiliated with Maxx employment and the lady he deals with I believe is Bianca is the loveliest kindest person, she gives him ongoing support and more importantly confidence. I was in the car with him the other day when she called him and she went above and beyond & spoke to him like a friend. They have never met as my son has only been affected with job loss since covid, so all his appts have been phone ones.
Hats off to all of you working there trying to help people

I’m really dissatisfied with my experience with Max. I paid for my own courses when I lost my job in February, as I had a broken ankle at the time - I wasn’t medically cleared to be working with Max to find employment during this time. Now after paying $480 out of my own pocket, I’m told I can’t get a allowance for uniform, as technically I’ve only been with Max for 3 weeks. (I had a 2 month medical certificate from February)
How is this fair when I’m ready to start work?
Really horrible service for a company that makes money off ‘getting’ people work.

Great place for those that want to do the bare minimum to get benefits.

Allegedly has great facilities to work with.

Repeatedly hearing staff are focused on crossing t's and dotting i's to maintain 5* rating, than supporting people that are actively going into the workplace, seeking gainful employment.

Positive: - Proactive Company overall.

Negative: - Communication Max F'ston

Amazing service and help. If you want to work these people will help you. I have had 3 jobs and these people won’t just put you into any type of work. They have assisted me with interviews and takin me to these. And made me feel really good when I was in the dumps

Not the right place to get help if your not exactly ready to work. Was sent to my doctor 3 times in the same week because they kept telling me the medical cert the doctor used wasn’t a Centrelink one when it was and had a centerink barcode but didn’t say “Medical Certificate” they made me feel like I was worthless. The only positive was that people looking and ready to work would get help. For new persons sent to Max Fankston if your not happy request to be transferred. They aren’t great with people who have any mental health issues. They don’t care and CAN help on their end but send you to centerlink instead because they are trained NOT to remove or change activity’s that one cannot attend due to mental illness or any illness.
After having a Centrelink review the lady there was very nice and had told me many people have had issues with Max Employment Frankston. Now I’ll be going back to my past Hob provider that we’re helping me with my barriers and not questioning my ability’s or asking for medical evidence for anything I say I have or am diagnosed with.
Overall they seem to get people work but again f your not capable of working they will make you feel like crap. Thanks for your “help? ”.

The one star is only so i can make a comment and thats all.
Ive never been there but have an appointment to go there as centerlink said ill get you in with a good one he said.
This one stacks up pretty good he said.
But since ive just read a lot of the reviews i got no idea why he thinks it stacks up pretty good against the rest as he said.

Employment agencies receive a lot of abuse, if you go in & do what your supposed to do, look for work, no problems. Sam a worker there is a wonderful person, she listens & actually cares, there are other good people at Max's to, just go easy

Very horible demeaning and bullying process with very unhappy workers. Action was taken against them. Anyone else with such experience please get in touch.

Hopeless place, they try their best to make people feel uncomfortable and useless. Except nothing. They do excel in mixing up appointments though, I'll give them that.

Staff here are very good I think they go that bit further than most Employment providers they gave me an opportunity to get an MR license many years ago and I have always felt greatful for the help they gave me!

They give Centrelink the wrong information, and they don't update the details on your Job Search requirements. This makes for high stress and more work for me to fix it up. Not to mention that their phone is constantly engaged and you can't get through to them. Not the place to get help.

Even after finding employment, without any assistance from them, they continue to call and email. They also called the new employer on several occasions to ask stupid questions.

This 5 star rating and review is purely dedicated to Sue at the front desk.

Sue is courteous, professional, hard-working & quite clearly a decent human being.

Keep forgetting to give me things that I need then I have wait even longer. I'm still not connected to the max employment job link and I've been in there 3 or 4 times over 5 weeks

Some of the consultants are just their for the money not to help anyone. They constantly screw up appointments and then blame the client for not doing the right thing.i would much rather be at a place that helps you and works with you instead of against you!

On the other hand other consultants are very helpful and great just a shame that some let you down in the end

58 years just been retrenched. Managed a major Australian engineering company with over 300 people and sales turnover of approaching $80 million. Now I am being told how to write a resume by a 17 year old on work experience. This is pathetic if I didn't waste my time coming here filling in 40 pages of dribble that will sit hidden in a filing cabinent I could be out getting myself a job.
