Two and a half years ago I was riding my bicycle when I was struck by a motor vehicle. I was lying in a hospital bed not knowing what to do from here, I wasn't familiar with compensation and the Legal process. My first meeting was with Tim and Melissa Stephens at their Frankston office and it couldn't have gone any better. We discussed my accident and what the process would be to go ahead with a compensation claim. Everything was presented to me in 'plain' english including the fee structure. There was absolutely no pressure which is why I decided to engage Maurice Blackburn to persue a compensation claim on my behalf.
Since then all my dealings have been with Melissa who conducts herself in the most professional manner at all times.
