Five stars. I was hesitant at first to go no win no fee for a legal service. After suffering a significant hand injury from a glass almost cutting my right hand in half in a hotel I approached a legal company (let's call em SnG). Long story short. Lot's of paperwork, no empathy or try to understand. No outcome.
Maybe that was just the employees I had to deal with. No offence to the good one's.
