24EXTREMELY RUDE! Terrible customer service. Can not believe how some people get Jobs. There is a lady/girl there by the name of Leena. Poor customer service and has no idea how to speak to people. She is beyond rude and speaks to you with such sarcasm. I had asked her to explain to me why there was such a problem, and she sat there in silence for a good minute. Then hangs up on me. I had asked to speak to a manager in regards to how rude she was and she defended her employer and said she cant do anything about it because I am not a client of theirs. So because I'm not a client they apparently think its okay to speak to people like crap! They are apparently forever busy and never have appointments, but every time i drive past there are more than 6 ladies having a smoke and chat outside! This place is ridiculous! There are unemployed people with exceptional customer service skills eager to find a job, yet people like this get jobs and take them for granted. Am absolutely disgusted in this place and recommend people change work providers ASAP!
I have been a client of Matchworks for a little while now, my experience with all of the staff at Matchworks has been very positive, staff are always pleasant and willing to go above and beyond to assist me in finding employment.
Highly recommended.

Rude, useless, and don't do anything.
Put through all of these jobs that don't exist.
When i complained to head office, i then got call, pretty much having a go at me.
