Don't use them if you're studying part time and self employed, or have anything more complicated than garden variety anxiety/depression. Fine to deal with until they're not, no understanding of complex mental health needs and necessary recovery times, you'll tell them you can't do any more and still they push

Vy, Anastasia and Hang helped me a lot through my journey. They provided emotional support when I was going through divorce. I have no friends nor family in Australia. Easily the best job provider I have ever been assigned. Good communication, concrete assistance provided, and I am now working a job they found for me. There are some good people here who care. "It is Ok to not be Ok" is on a one worker's hat, Catherine. From a receptionist Nalan with a brilliant memory for names of people she only met once years ago to workers and managers who attend to health needs first rather than pushing people to work-for-the-dole in pointless positions that offer no training and no employment prospects.

Matchworks Sunshine moderate the cruelty of Centrelink, rather than forcing people to blindly comply when they are unable to do so. The trainer there Arthur is brilliant, a historian who can make your Resume Glow-in-the-dark. Thanks also to Jennifer for her kindness and compassion and James for his local knowledge of the best doctors in Sunshine.

I have had the best experience with match works nothing is a bother they are so helpful and supportive and encourage me the case worker I have called grace has been fantastic she has boosted my confidence and always checking to see if she can help me I am so grateful and thank her so much this is the best agency I have ever been involved with highly recommended if you need a job you will be given the best advice and support I can vouch for that from my experience. Since I have been coming to Matchworks in Sunshine I have been dealing with Grace and Wolfgang, I have been so happy with there support and there help. I know I couldn't have done it without them both. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. I don't want to deal with anyone else but Grace and Wolfgang because they have been and are my rocks.

Went here years ago had to do the basic 6 months of job searching to get into a program that teaches you how to write resumes and apply to job. It was eye opening, the skills have stayed with me ever since and has helped me and my career more then I can count.

I suffer from quiet a few problems which is why I am with a DES. Wolfgang in the Sunshine office is perhaps one of the rudest and most incompetent case managers I’ve experienced.
I am currently unable to walk and provided a 3 month certificate to Centrelink which they accepted voiding appointments with Wolfgang, so as I was in the right, he ordered an assessment for me to attend Centrelink or lose my money, I’ve had to sort this out over the phone as I can’t travel, supposed to help or make things difficult you decide!

The buildings actually downstairs next to the carpark around the back. Technically it's 'in' the plaza.

Friendly welcoming staff and a big room of computers to use for jobsearch activity and applications, with IT support staff on hand. I've been through 4 job networks in Sunshine this year and this is the only one I would recomend.
